Such a charming little place. We stopped on our way through the area to get a good night of sleep. We were very impressed with the friendly staff, clean spacious room (with a separate bedroom for the kids) and beautiful property- perfect little playground and sparkling pool (we would have went swimming in if we didn't have to get right back on the road in the morning). Drove through the little town of Lake George on our way to the interstate and the whole area looks like a wonderful place to have a family vacation. We live far away, but I can see us returning in the future to spend time in the area and visit the Fran-Cove Motel again!

Second time visiting. The grounds are clean and pleasant with swimming pool. There is even a small stream that runs behind some of the rooms. Very relaxing atmosphere and good customer service.

Room was dated, and bed spread could have been cleaner. Bathroom was clean though. But service and price were great. Could be six stars with renovation + cleanliness.

Beds were a little firm but thats just personal preference. Everything was great and very clean. Would definitely reccommend

Woman at desk was friendly, but they did not want to give us a deal in our girl scout emergency. We left and went home. There are always inexpensive rooms and she just wouldn't budge with a deal so we didn't stay.

The room was very clean. My only issue is the mattress was horribly uncomfortable. It was as hard as a rock.

I had the pleasure of staying here for 4 nights, great place i have to say that the property is well maintain, I have watch the owner take pride in the property. The pool area is very well maintain clean. The rooms are very clean bed is comfortable.mini fridge in rooms. All the rooms are non smoking which is great. The owners are very friendly. If you need a place to stay I highly recommend this place.
