Very run down place. Sheets don't fit bed. Never again!

The rooms were gross and so smelly, and there was a hole in our ceiling. 20 minutes after we checked in pest control was there and they wouldn't explain exactly why except they were renting to dirty people for months. The pool was dirty, and had bugs and algae all over, they never had the filter on and I couldn't even smell chlorine in the pool. I was beyond disgusted, needless to say we couldn't get out of there fast enough and will never EVER stay there again!!!!

The rooms were not cleaned well at all. The mirror had bad streaks. The sink would back up. The box spring had plastic around it that was loose and shabby looking. The stairs to the top level felt awkward and dangerous.

It was just ok. Overpriced but it's in a tourist town so what do you expect. Shower was great, wonderful water pressure. For the price they could've at least had a continental breakfast.

As a J1 student staying in the cottages around back I'm okay with the facilities provided. It's got heat, AC, occasional wifi and hot water. The basic is there so I'm fine. The price for just the basic stuff is a bit too much in my opinion (close to $100), but this is some thing to expect as a J1 in a tourist town accompanied with the the closeness of Lake George. Unreasonably priced accomadations for J1 students seems to be a custom in this town. The Landlord is friendly and accomadatting though so meh

This place is a complete dump. Falling apart trash stacked all over and the whole place stinks so bad u want to throw upwell my friend had no choice but to stay there last night.this morning he was taken to the hospital covered with bed bug n flea bites. I pulled him out of the hotel today n as we were leaving one of the people there asked if he was leaving n if he had a place to go..i told them a cradboard box would be better than this place n the person chuckled n said yeah.this place needs to be shut down it is so dirty n has wires n outlets sticking out of the walls n not covered. Check out the pics in album I posted the ones they dont want u to see for some reason it will not post the worst picsall the basement level is like this and it is dss housing and also for released inmates.

We stayed here in July of 2015. Nice place for the money, not the Ritz or Waldorf Astoria but for the price it was cozy, clean, and a place to sleep and shower while on vacation. The staff is extremely helpful and friendly. If you expect to get what you pay for you'll be happy, if you expect a luxury suite at a bargain rate you'll be disappointed.
