Went to Tailors Touch for my sisters wedding, they fixed my bridesmaids dress as well as another bridesmaids dress, the wedding dress, and a pair of my shoes all in a very timely manner. They listened to everything we needed and took it all into consideration. The staff is all insanely nice and very willing to help. I will definitely go back here whenever I need a clothing or shoe repair!

So glad to have finally found a Tailor I can trust! I brought a bridesmaid dress here to have sleeves added on-not an easy task for this type of dress. I met with the owner and showed a picture of what I wanted, they took a few measurements and a few days later they called to let me know it was done and they wanted me to come try it on to make sure there were no other adjustments I needed. Sure enough, the dress was PERFECT! Better than I even imagined. Not only that but I had broken the clasp getting it on and they fixed that too! They truly make you feel like a priority here and go above and beyond to create exactly what you want. Couldn't have been happier!

Wonderful staff that was fast and friendly. Needed my jeans hemmed and patched they offered a same day service that cost a few extra dollars but was well worth it.

Last week I had a black tie event and my dress arrived last minute and needed alterations that same day. First off I had my toddler with me and I was so pleasantly surprised to see they had a children's area to keep him occupied and a basket full of Annie's snacks for him to nibble on! They had me in and out within 10 minutes and she had my dress altered under an hour! I was shocked and so happy with the end result, the dress fit perfectly. Thank you Tailors Touch for an A+ experience!

Super professional, yet made my self-conscious teenage daughter comfortable with corny jokes (obviously well-worn) corny dad-type humor. I took a star away because the dress needing altering was a chorus dress and anyone familiar with this garment can tell you it's basically a simple A-line. No fancy tailoring. We simply needed a few inches off the bottom. Was it a rush? Yes. So, understandably there was a rush surcharge. HOWEVER, my rush was 2 1/2 days and I was charged $50 to literally cut off a piece of fabric and hem in a straight line what probably amounted to 10 minutes labor, beginning to end. The dress was only $90 to start with. But, hey. When you need it done, you do what you have to do. It's made me consider changing my line of workthat's for sure.

5 stars for a reason.
Came to get my pants hemmed and coat jacket sleeves taken up. But after the owner explained the fixes would be to the detriment of the look of the suit and my build. I decided to not go through with any alterations on the suit. The owner let money walk out the door by helping educate me. He didn't have to do that. That shows he cares. Greatly appreciated. Wish there were more businesses out there like this. Ill be coming back soon when an alteration is really needed. Thanks again.response / report this review -

My bride to be and I had both of our dresses brought here for alterations. The women were very nice and helpful, but the gentleman who owns is was not helpful, and actually rude. One dress was fine. But the other was not steamed as promised, had to be brought back in, the cut was HORRIBLE cut like a 5 year old did it, and the owner just shrugged it off, it was also missing gem stones, a handful of them!! The owner insisted it was how the dress was that it wasn't there fault, which it clearly was as we didn't leave the dress with them that way. I wouldn't use them again or recommend anyone bring their wedding dress here. Disappointed in the amount we paid and the work that was done.

Victoria secret is always weird with there sizing thank god taylors touch was there they inserted some elastic at the ankles and made the pants that I paid so much for fit perfectly!!!! As a matter of fact I have another pair to take to them convenient! Fast! And friendly and professional thank u!!!

We have known Scott and his team for almost 8 years. We cannot imagine a better, more qualified tailor in all of Wellington. His customer service is unparalleled, and he goes out of his way to make sure that either he or someone on his team is always available at a time that's convenient for you.

I have been going here for a few years, it's the only place I have been for alterations. My most recent visit was to finish a baby blanket. They said 1 week for it to be ready, they called me after 2 days and said it's ready, we rushed it for you. That was exciting because now I had it for Christmas. When I got there to pick it up he gave me suggestions on the finish product and went above and beyond at no charge to do it for me! Anyone who visits this place will be a happy and a satisfied customer!
