Very helpful staff. Only drawback is that you can’t get tickets at this location for a matinee on the same day. They also have a large monitor with the shows on discount
No line! Went at 11am on a Wednesday. Got decent seats too.
A great way to get tickets for Broadway and Off-Broadway shows while spending less money. The more expensive shows get, the more valuable TKTS has become. This one is also nice, since their hours are different and you can purchase tickets a bit earlier for some performance times as a result.
Very quiet TKTS outlet with no queues and no people. But it is so super out of the way that it is difficult to get here and there's really nothing else to see nearby.
Lines move fast, but probably for this reason, you feel pressured to accept the first seat choices they offer you.
Tickets availability vary from day to day. Consider coming earlier. Fulton and Cortland nearest metro. You can check tickets availability in the mobile application TKTS (only for the same day).
Awesome deals for seeing top notch shows at a reasonable price. The seats I've gotten have always been phenomenal.
Great service, virtually no line, and 50% off tickets. Way less crowded than the Times Square location. Great if you're downtown and can swing by; otherwise, it is a little out of the way.
If you are willing to show up early (and you should be!) then this is less crazy than Times Square and has exactly the same shows. Great for last-minute tickets!
Has better offerings than the one in times square and zero wait in comparison
There were almost no people there, so I was able to talk with the seller for a good amount of time, in order to choose the best show!
The man who talked to me there wasn't so kind and he was a little irritated. They only have low cost tickets (and not soooo low) for less competitive Broadway shows. But it's worth the try.
No long lines compared to the perpetually busy ticket booths at Times Square. We got our tickets in less than 10 minutes. Great for those already in the Lower Manhattan/Chinatown area.
Since we stayed in Chinatown, we found this location far more convenient than the Times Square location. Overall, there seemed to be more availability for shows and even next-day tickets available. We really enjoyed the neighbourhood itself as well and stayed for lunch.
