There "better sweater" is a staple in my fall wardrobe. I ordered a new one online, size was off, and this store exchanged it for me without any questions asked. They also advised me about the fit of some other items I was interested in. It's nicely arranged with a great selection for both men and women!

This store has a great selection of Patagonia products with very helpful and knowledgeable staff.

Patagonia products singlehandedly made my fiancée and my trip to Iceland dry, warm, and enjoyable ! Without the torrent shell jacket recommended to us by Patagonia staff, we would have been wet from all the rain. And the super sweaters were great to layer beneath the rain jacket.

The quality of these products is incredible. They are so lightweight yet durable and warm. The Torrent shell jacket especially amazed us as it braved the Icelandic winds and kept us warm and dry.

I highly recommend Patagonia products for anyone needing to stay warm or dry , and the store on the Upper West Side is a great place to buy these products.

They also come with a lifetime warranty. If you have any problem with one of your garments , they will repair it or replace it for you.

Nice store, they didn't have exactly what I had seen online, so they had me try something similar for the sizing and then ordered me exactly what I wanted. Super friendly & very helpful. It's on the pricey side, but for well made, fair trade, and organic it's a good splurge.

Purchased a winter coat for my son two years ago and recently the zipper broke. Took it into the store and Jay immediately informed me that they could simply do a "replacement." Left the store with a brand new coat within 5 minutes of walking in. Amazing customer service and excellent products.

Good selection of clothes. Patagonia is a bit pricey but is one of the few truly ethical chain stores, using parts of profits to buy up swathes of land in Patagonia to protect it from human development.

They do NOT offer lifetime warranty as some suggest but they will fix any article for a fair price. So if you have a jacket that is old and needs a new zip you can send it back door fixing.

Highly recommended for those buying for ethics and longevity although you will pay a premium over more budget brands (which is worth it in my opinion)
