Buyer Beware - unnecessary 10% "shop surcharge" tacked onto service. When I questioned what this fee was for (I had my winter tires put on) I was told for supplies like paper towels.
It cost nearly $200 to have my 2 yr old winter tires put on & aligned PLUS a ridiculous $20 FEE for paper towels to do this job
Complete rip-off. I will not be returning. There is no doubt you pay more to go to the dealership than per se Costco where I normally have my tires swapped out cheaper and without baloney fees.
When we called they said they didn't have/take appointments and that the schedule was open so just come in.
It also took close to 2.5 hours - no heads up as to the length of time it would take. I would've just left my vehicle and picked it up later had they communicated this or had the alignment done on a different day.
I normally just get oil changes at Nissan. This experience in it's entirety made me vow to not return.

previous review: Friendly service, nice amenities
Save your time and go elsewhere. They like to make deals on cars and then have them sell right under your feet. The best part? They wouldn’t own up to their own deal and tried to get me to sign for another model that was $11.88 per month more than what we had already agreed to. I don’t care if it’s $0.01 more - we agreed on a number and that’s final. They lost a sale over a minimal difference in price. I would have been a repeat customer because I just purchased from them two years ago.
Antoine did a good job of trying to save the deal but they did not offer any options to match their original offer. How about trading with another dealer? How about offering a similar model for the same price you quoted? They really missed the mark with customer service.
Felix was the salesman and was obviously new. He was nice and all but he stuck to the script he was trained on and didn’t really engage in any negotiations. After it was determined the deal was not going to work out, I get a random text from Felix saying “Great news!”, so I replied with “?” he then proceeds to tell me that the manager wants to make a deal with me, so I said to have him call me. The manager calls and basically said that the deal they presented is all they can do. Okay? Why did you even bother calling then? Just another waste of time.
They are clearly under new management because when I bought there two years ago, the manager at the time, Frank, was great to negotiate with and was much more motivated to make a sale.
Ron Marhofer Nissan is better to deal with and they have a larger inventory. Do yourself a favor and go there instead. Even if it’s a drive for you, it’s worth it.
Went in looking for a specific type of vehicle. The salesman checked through their inventory but couldn't find anything that matched our criteria. He asked for my info and promised to call if they came across anything. A few days later he called with a new trade in that matched our requirements. Unfortunately we already purchased elsewhere by then. Even though I didn't buy there I will absolutely check with them for my next car purchase. The salesmans willingness to help and the fact he actually called me back means a lot to me.
This is an update to a review I posted approximately 2-1/2 years ago. When i went to Ken Ganley Nissan about 2-1/2 years ago I couldn't find anyone who wanted get off their butt and walk outside to sell me a car. I decided to give them another chance this year, only because I like the Nissan Rogue and this particular Nissan is only 5 miles from my house. This time I met Antoine, who obviously wanted to sell me a car. He worked very hard to help my find what i needed. It may have taken a few months but I am now happy to say that I am the proud owner of a Nissan Rogue and am loving it (so far). I highly recommend talking to Antoine, he is extremely helpful, kind and eager to please. I plan on going to see him again when i'm ready for my next Nissan!
I found a Nissan Pathfinder on an online search site from the Ken Ganley dealership. I was a little hesitant to go out of state and 3 hours away to purchase a vehicle that I had not seen in person but it was a great experience. John Arendash was the salesman I worked with and it all went very smooth and the Pathfinder had everything I wanted and was in perfect shape for a 2014.
Antoine worked very hard to get us where we needed to be an in the perfect vehicle for our family. He went above and beyond, provided great service & made us lifetime customers!
I made over a hour drive on a Saturday afternoon to view/drive a two vehicles that were posted online. Upon arrival Scott Johnson my sales consultant had the SUV and truck pulled from the lot and staged in front of the dealership. Scott and the staff at Ganley Nissan respected the fact I was shopping with my child and had very limited time available that day. The sales experience was very low pressure and hassle free. The finance department runs flawless and very fast. My experience at Ken Ganley Nissan was wonderful and I plan on returning to purchase my 16 year old a car soon.
We had a very pleasant experience with them and the service department personal handled our car repair with total explaining of the work required and it was done in a very professional manner. We will be returning for other services and recommend them for all your repairs.
What a fantastic car buying experience. Rob Lewis our sales specialist, and Nick the finance agent really addressed every concern we had and got us in a sweet ride! We will be back for our next vehicle purchase, and recommend everyone go here!
Leased a new Rogue. had great experience with Devin Angles. Great salesman and made the experience completely comfortable. Thanks!
It was pleasure working with Andrew Vega at Ken Ganley Nissan. He went above and beyond normal salesman responsibilities in helping my daughter Jessica get a new Nissan Sentra. He was busy each time we were there but made time to take care of us. He definitely earned our future business and I recommend him to anyone looking for a new car.
We recently leased 2 vehicles from Ken Ganley Nissan and had a great experience. They were very accommodating to our busy schedule, working out details via email/text . James was great to work with and very responsive. Jack was easy going and provided a pressure free environment. Highly recommend.
This was the best experience ever. Our sales man Justin was awesome. Everyone was very nice. I walked away today with a Nissan Rogue which I am very happy with! We will definitely return to buy more vehicles. I highly recommend them.
5 Stars goes to Antoine Russell.
This was the first time I purchased a car and was looking to create a relationship for future business. Antoine was attentive, considerate, professional, and I believe he did his best to get the price down for me. After agreeing on prices he was actually running around the sales floor to try and speed up the process.
That being said, be prepared for hardball when the sales manger comes over. Although the price he ultimately offered I was comfortable with, I have very mixed feelings about the aggressive behavior he demonstrated. I wish the sales manager would have allowed Antoine to present me the same deal that the manager did. This would have made my car buying experience more enjoyable.
Aside from the aggressive sales demeanor of the manger, I would recommend Ken Ganley Nissan and more specifically, Antoine, for your next Nissan purchase. They have a lot of inventory which is great because you don't have to make sacrifices for what you want. The dealership is clean and everyone seemed friendly for the most part.
Thank you Antoine for making the process easier on me and not putting me in an intense buying situation. You will keep me coming back.
