My rental experience was exceptional. The staff was courteous and efficient. I used a rental as a result of a needed car repair. They work closely with the dealership and when they verified that my car was taking longer than expected, I was not pressured to adhere to the exact 24 hour timeframe. My experience was exceptional and I think I will return to this Enterprise location rather than another that I had been going to.
