I will gave this rating because the donuts are good but the staff is horrible. We have gone to this location since 2010 and have never been treated in the manner that we were treated today. We just walked out of the building and I could not wait to write this review. I purchased a dozen donut holes, several other donuts and cider. The boy in the pink shirt stuffed all of the donuts in the smallest paper bag that he could find (not taking allergies, the desired taste, or smashing all the donuts into consideration). When I asked for separate bags I received attitude. Almost every staff member had their phone out laughing and giggling about god knows what. The store is out of everything, they actually had to turn several customers away in a matter of 3 minutes that I was there because they couldn't make the most popular donuts. Staff had no clue what filling was inside of the donuts. They had to open it and lick it right in front of me. We love the donuts but customer service is very important to me. Last but not least the gloves is my biggest concern. Do not open my bag and slide your hand inside of it without a glove. The staff touched their hair, rubbed their face and then grab a bag stuck their hand in to open it. Each member walked around with one glove on the hand that they use to pick up the donuts (must be able to keep the phone in the ungloved hand). It was a terrible experience and we will not go back. Sad that I must say the girl, boy or guywhere are the name tags?

Delicious! Be sure to get there with plenty of time, in case there's a line. There are a few tables, so you might have to get yours to go. Inexpensive donuts, delicious flavors - you won't wonder why this is a Kalamazoo tradition.

Less than friendly service cinnamon buns were burnt, fritter was way over doneboth "large" coffees were only filled 3/4 of the way quality of product and service has deteriorated significantly since our last visit used to really like this place and is only reason it got 2 stars instead of 1

My favorite donuts anywhere! Great prices, delicious flavors, nice staff. I love that they're open 24 hrs. You can get your fix anytime. I always make a point to stop by when I travel to the area.

You need to open in Florida! We shared a half dozen with coffee. Best donuts I've ever had and inexpensive! Amazing place! The crew there makes you feel like your family the first time you come in.

I enter. The sweet, creamy Donut Breeze fills my nose holes. The counter attendant avoids my icy stare. I aim my gaze towards icing and glaze. Jackpot. Behind the counter, endless rows of beckoning jellies. But now, control is lost. My legs betray me with a pastry-obsessed will of their own and send me soaring through the air, diving ass-first over the glass counter. The countertop smashes under my not-yet-diagnosed but undeniable obesity. The ruse is up, my cover is blown! Gathering a dislodged rack of boston cremes as my loot, I try to heave my beautiful body through the drive thru window but my midsection is too healthy and big boned to squeeze through. But then, under pressure, a flash of brilliance. I make a smooth getaway through the REAR entrance. A clever ploy, I chuckle. I trip only once, crushing 4 cremes under my bulbous torso like popped ticks.
    5 stars.

Great donuts, not much else to say. Only get the coffee if you intend on dunking the donuts, otherwise it's pretty bland convenience store type coffee. Drove thru with my dog and they gave her a plain donut hole :) She was a happy camper! I bring a few dozen whenever I go to Chicago for work and my coworkers love it.

French Crullers were cold and soggy. They obviously had been frozen and then pulled out to thaw while in the donut case. And I think we all know once a Cruller is frozen there's no bringing it back. I have always had an exceptional experience here, and they are the best donut shop around, but the Crullers are definitely off point.
