After 'filing' statutory agent documents for 2 years, I found out the hard way (via a lien) she was also filing all property tax documents at her office without forwarding ANYTHING to my office. Blamed her secretary. Nice.

About 2 months ago, I received an accusatory/unprofessional call over an invoice she had emailed to our retired book keeper. I paid it, and today, I receive a revocation of statutory agency from the State.

Suzette is never wrong. Caveat Emptor.

Suzette is the best. She set up 3 different LLC's for me over the course of a few months. She made it a worry-free, hands-off process for me, including coming to my office to get papers signed, and making all trips to the various agencies for filing purposes, as needed. She has been very proactive with reminders when things are needed or due throughout the year. I am very satisfied with Suzette's service, and recommend her without reservation.
