  Quick, very kind, kid friendly, & intelligible staff. Had to take my 3 yr old tonight & was seen, xray, & diagnosed within 2 hours. Thought she broke her arm/elbow thank goodness it was just a sprain.

  I have been to many children's hospitals with my son but out of every single one we have ever endured , phoenix children's hospital ER was by far the most impressive . the staff are up to date on new techniques on how to care for your child . they went out if their way to take extra steps to make sure he was comfortable . I truly believe my son wouldn't be so terrified of Drs if he wouldve had the same care phoenix children's hospital provided today ,throughout his past encounters . the wait time was quick , the staff was incredible , the student nurse who sat in was extremely knoladgible and helpful. I'm glad to know I've found someplace where I can take my child and put my full trust into a facility knowing they truly know what they are doing !!!!

  Long wait. But they do care and get to you. Wish there was more seating when I when there were so many people standing. Thankful they helped us when we needed them
