  Susan is heaven sent! She is the best in the business. Not only a great person but, also gets the best rates for her clients. We financed our first home with her and I had shopped around prior to having Susan recommended to me. NO ONE could complete and those that did weren't as kind to work with. I have told all my friends about this experience so happy I had been recommended to her from Facebook.

  Susan is nothing short of amazing! She got me the best fixed interest rate and mortgage loan! Susan is not only a seasoned professional but a quality person who is very well organized and kept me informed every step of the way. She knows the mortgage business and went above and beyond. She acted as an advocate on my behalf, educating and advising me within the range of her professional capacities.   Susan Rich has has done 3 transactions for us, twice when we refinanced our primary home and another time to finance a rental property. We had shopped several lending agencies on our rental property and were declined over and over. Susan was not only able to secure a loan for our rental, but managed to get us a fantastic rate!! We are so grateful for her hard work and the best part was that she is super friendly and in constant contact with her clients every step of the way. Thank you Susan.
