Prompt service, high prices. Got the door fixed quick.
Kevin was our service tech.
That said, the price quote on other work needed was ridiculous ($3800).
We paid $400 just to replace 2 cables. Seems steep to me. Flat rate 225 for labor per door, which would be fair if you had alot of parts replaced, except they charge 10x the market value (or more) for all the parts they install.
Also offer a discount for a Google review, which is probably why they have good reviews on here and that is manipulative.

Absolutely excellent service. One of our cables snapped on a cold Minnesota Sunday at about 3pm. By 8 pm we had a functioning garage door. I think Debbie helped me on the phone and Jon was here doing the work. Both very professional and informative. I would recommend them to anyone who is having any garage door issues!

Adam did an outstanding job. Adam explained the issues and provided an estimate. Additional issues were encountered during the repair and Adam did an excellent job of explaining all my options and providing an updated estimate. I had a great experience with Adam from Superior Door Repair. He was friendly and got right to work and even did a quick correct of the work from the original installers. I really appreciate his going above and beyond to deliver great service! You should check them out as their ability to do same day sevice saved me a lot of worry!!

Called in on a Thursday evening for a garage door that was not lifting up electrically or manually. Kevin came very quickly. Very kind, respectful and thorough. Explained to us about the broken springs, inspected the door for any other potential damage or failing parts and gave us a straightforward estimate. Repaired and checked everything. He did not rush at the end either bit stayed till all our questions were answered. If you have an emergency, definitely call superior and ask for Kevin if he is available.
