Dr. Hess is amazing and so sweet. I was in excruciating pain and he was so kind to get me in literally in one day. I am truly grateful for his care. The staff is also amazing - helping me get in ASAP and getting my insurance approved so I could get an epidural! Thank you so much !

Just Terrible. Didn’t get the procedure requested. Had to live with horrible pain for months due to weird slow process and inflexible way so called pain management while under care. Didn’t get clear information nor name of procedure offered. Poorly trained CNA was only one to do assessment and take notes each time and pressed me for pain reading each visit although pain was intermittent. Felt like they recorded it as fact despite times I had less pain because I was on a bunch of meds or happened to feel ok at the moment. Office was never busy and lots of employees yet was forced to wait weeks between appointments per their “policy” I heard the scheduler ladies saying. Two phone calls to Manager Ruth White not returned when problems arose. Dr. Hess seemed like a nice guy (thus 2 stars) on the surface at first but that could not make up for not trying to solve my pain issues etc. STAY FAR AWAY and go somewhere that give you the care you came for or at least explain or give choices, see you, have trained people evaluate you, follow up with you (not the CNA) communicate between office staff, read and follow referral orders etc.

Dr. Hess and team are absolutely fantastic! I appreciate his desire to put me on a path to wellness that isn't simply throwing drugs at an issue.
He is kind and relatable and makes uncomfortable spinal procedures less stressful with his friendly banter. I've had great results from the ablations he's administered and am extremely thankful to him and his care team.

Wow, I don’t think I have ever met a nicer and more caring doctor. I’ve been dealing with chronic back pain for over two years and just so happen to switch to Dr. Hess’s office because my pain management dr no longer took my insurance. I can’t tell you how grateful I am that things worked out this way. I’m hopeful for the first time in a very long time that Dr. Hess will help me manage my pain. His P.A Jessica is wonderful as well. Both incredibly knowledgeable and passionate about what they do!
