  Best customer service experience ever! Joseph gave me all his attention to my purchase;(a sweet little sapphire & diamond bracelett that was just calling my name!)and even sent it to me by overnight FedEx! It was almost like Santa came early! Thankyou so much!

  My wife's wedding set got damaged and she wanted to upgrade anyway. I had several old pieces of jewelry that I took to Levy's. They appraised her broken ring and the other jewelry that I had and worked out a great trade with me. Got my wife a new wedding set and she was super pleased. Great place with a humongous selection and a very knowledgeable staff. I would highly recommend this store over a chain like Zales or Kay etc ..
