I’ve ordered several times from Carousel. Good customer service. The checks arrived when they said they would (in about 10 days) via US Postal and were about 25% of the cost of the banks printer.

I ordered checks for a friend 10 days ago from Carousel Checks. I paid extra for "plant rush" and extra for 2 -day air delivery. I wrote the company by email five days ago to inquire about the status of the order. I received no response. Tonight I went into carousel,com to check the status of the order. It now shows as "void" and my charge has been reversed. This was done with absolutely no communication by Carousel. You should be careful to order from Carousel or any of its many affiliated sites. Service is non-existent. I've lost 10 days and have now ordered from Costco which has proven reliable in the past.

Longest delivery time. I will not from them again. I live a few towns over from them and it is taking them almost 12 business days to ship my product to me. I could’ve had my bank order checks for me and only for a cheaper price but also a faster time. I even paid for sped up shipping and it only cut a day off.

The order processing and shipping is very slow. Unless you pay for express shipping it will take 3-4 weeks to receive your order from Illinois. I live in Georgia and its been three weeks and I still haven't receive my order. If you need your checks faster you will be better serve to buy from your bank or some other source that will not bulk or media ship you order. They ship at the bulk or media rate which is the cheapest for them and the slowest for you. Buyer beware.

I have been delivering for this location 20 minutes to get unloaded truck entrance and doors are in the back of the building, use 112th place to get to the dock, I think you can park overnight easily. Nice people working in here, it is very clean inside.
They open shipping and receiving from 7 am to 5 pm
