  So make sure you check in online because if you walk you will be the only one there. They say they will be with you in a few minutes but since someone checks in online you get bumped to the back of the line. Then you wait again until you are told once again that you are bumped back to the end of the line because someone checked in. Absurd process. The actual human being that is sitting in your store should be taken care of not the dude driving down the road.

  Terrible salon and it's being ran very improper.. Called salon franchise Laura Sanders and she don't care is basically what I was told. Do not use them use Indian Land Supercuts next to publix.
