This is the dirtiest place we have ever stayed at. Dirty sheets with hair on them.
    A sink that doesn't drain.
Front door barely closed and if that wasn't bad enough we had 2 rooms because we had our family Both were equillly gross. Keep driving by don't stop.

We got there after the power had been off. So there was no hot water, no cable TV, no wifi, and no discount. We sat staring at the ceiling. There was water all over the floor from the fridge defrosting. We were supposed to have a King room and received 2 full beds. There was only one knob on the heater so we could only be super hot or super cold. The water was brown. So I went to the vending machine to at least get a bottle of clean water to drink and it had an out of order sign on it. Like I said we were offered no discount for getting no amenities. I will never ever ever stay here again. No apologies no nothing. Was told that that's the way it is.

If I could give less stars I would! Absolutely worst hotel experience. The walls are thin that if you don’t feel like the people above you are going to break through, then the people on either side share what tv show is on in their room. If there is a place that needs carpeted floors, ITS A HOTEL!! The “fake hardwoods” made every step anyone made a jump and any item that fell on the floor a thump !! There are plenty hotels around cheaper and will give you a better nights rest than this one!!

The Hotel is right off the Blue Ridge Parkway situated in the Valley with the mountains all around. Hotel is nice and clean. Rooms are average. Beds comfortable. Very clean. However it got cold in the night and the heat did not work. It was 2am my husband and I in our bed clothes decided not to call for repair!! When explaining to the desk lady the next day when checking out, she was extremely rude and belligerent. Breakfast very good!

The lady that checked us in last night was very friendly. Rooms were clean. Beds were extremely comfortable, breakfast was decent, and shower was roomy and had great water pressure. Couldn't ask for more except maybe a coffee pot in the room.

Clean room with a balcony and bathroom. Small but very tasty breakfast. My son loved the pancakes. Will be happy to come back.

Be prepared to hateful treatment by the manager/owner (not sure which) who first make me wait 20 minutes plus before she even showed up at the front desk. Ringing the bell brought only a small boy telling us that she would "be here in 1 minute". After 20 minutes I insisted again. The woman appeared, furious and accusing me of mistreating her little boy. (Question: Why does she expose him to mean people??)

The reception area in in diarray. She snapped at me repeatedly, then told me that she was not going to give me the key to the room because I would only be complaining about the room. She did cancel the reservation at no charge, but I demanded proof of it.

The man who had made the reservation for me was very nice. He insisted that he was the only one answering the phone that afternoon, even though I had called before and asked the price of the woman who told me she would NOT match the price found on line and quoting me a much higher price than the one the man quoted me when I called back.

My suspicion is that someone is being abused because the woman had no reason for such a rabid (yes, rabid) attack on me. Something else had to be eating on her.

I will report this incident to the Waynesville Chamber of Commerce.

Not great. Hotel did not have towels in our room, and the employees wouldn't bring them up for my handicapped mother. Beds were like sleeping on a pile of springs. Good view and wifi, tho

This is my second visit here, the best way for me to describe this place is that it is a hidden gem. It's super clean, very quiet, spacious and pet friendly. They offer a continental breakfast the staff is very friendly and the prices are extremely reasonable. I highly recommend this place.
