The hotel was so clean and the beds comfortable, that's super important to me. We locked our keys in the car and the hotel manager had their private company help get them out for no fee!!! The staff is incredibly nice and thoughtful and the hotel was impeccable! Would recommend to anyone, it's also a beautiful hotel and surroundings are gorgeous

It's in a nice looking location in the mountains. The complimentary breakfast is satisfying too. Room was clean.

Above average for the chain. I have stayed here several times and never had any issues. Friendly staff. Clean and comfortable rooms.

We loved this place. The front desk staff, especially David, was awesome .. Even at 2AM! Very friendly and helpful. I realize we were on the top floor, but this was the quietest and most peaceful hotel I've been in. And the Clean, Crisp sheets (see photo).
The best part???? That the windows (see photo) could be opened to take in the fresh mountain air 😁. We'll be back soon

paid for the room online under the Hilton friends and family website. The staff at the facility had told me to put my name in the comment section. Showed up at Hampton inn and suites in cashiers- sapphire valley on 4-18 with the family for vacation. Was looking forward to the vacation. Tried to check in at the front desk with Mary the regional manager. She had RUDELY , told me that I could not check in , because the person on the check in ,was not present. She was VERY RUDE , AND NOT WILLING TO WORK WITH US. Worst hotel customer service ever. We decided to go over to the Wyndham resort at Sapphires. Would highly recommend this resort.

The best thing about this hotel is the staff. Paul was awesome! He was always friendly, attentive, and remembered my first name for the whole trip (and as someone who is terrible with names, that was impressive)! He also anticipated needs before we even had to ask. Also, David was incredibly helpful in procuring us some real wine glasses (and we didn't even have to ask for them, he just went out of his way to make sure we had some). The hotel facilities are clean and nice and the breakfast was really good for a free hotel breakfast!! We would definitely stay again.
