One wordGARBAGE!!!
The beast (her mammy named her Dawn) at the front desk is absolutely horrible!! Not only is she ugly physically but her attitude was even worst. She was so disrespectful that the guys in line behind me apologized to me and when I asked for her name she stated “it doesn’t matter” (so I gave her a name of my choosing); I then asked for a manager she said “Nope” I asked for the phone number to the owner/manager she said no. Sporadic power no cable and extention cords running across the hall to other rooms but they continued to sell rooms and have the nerve to get frustrated when complaints came. Super 8 was our first experience at this Hotel. We stayed there the 1st week of 9/2017. The ppl there are so very friendly and very welcoming. The rooms are very super clean, towels are very white. Very quiet. Microwave and small refrigerators in rooms. The room was very spacious. Laundry room for guests to use. Continental breakfast is included in the morning in the lobby. The price of our room was affordable. We got a lot more for our money than expected. The hotel is close to all your shopping needs. My experience here deserves a 10/10 for everything. The ppl here are like friends, very friendly. We definitely will be back. If you decide to stay here you will not be disappointed. Thank You Super 8!!

This place deserves 2 stars I guess, but I am giving it 1 star to balance out the Cleary fake 5 star reviews. Honestly look, a lady gave it 5 stars because the tub works???
The bad: Front desk lady was less than pleasant. Room had funky odor the matched the decor. Walls are thin. A.C. is set to like 72 so even if you turn on a.c. it stays pretty stuffy.response / report this review -

This place was filthy. Unfortunately we had to stay in a smoking room and the smell was absolutely terrible and the rest of the building didn't smell much better. Employees were very nice however.

Not the best super 8 I've stayed at and not the worst. The place is decent for the price. Lady at the front desk most afternoons is not as nice as one would like, at all. Rooms are usually musky when you first walk into them (had three rooms throughout my stay). Beds are decent pillows are too soft.

WOW! NICE PLACE! Cute Cute rooms!! The rooms are big and roomy. Very Clean! It was good to finally have a tub which actually worked, it had a working plug so I could soak in the tub!! I hate that most places the plug is broken. The breakfast in the morning was good..but it's soooo CLEAN here! The only problem is the person who checked us in, I usually put the reservations under my husbands name, so when he checked in, he said is last name first then his first nameJoe. Most reservations are under the last name, but she said she had no reservations under Mr. JOE,,other then that it's just really nice here!! REALLY NICE!!!

Ok so I am a full figure woman and booked a room with a KING bed. I went to the front desk since the room when I entered had two queens. I informed the lady about the mix up. She told me that's all they had and sorry about it but whateves. I asked that the beds be pushed together and she laughed. I went to grab coffee and it smelled like pee. I went back to my room and it smelled like farts. I asked for my money back and she said they don't give refunds. Do not stay here,

The night desk clerk is not very pleasant. She sat in her chair and offered nothing much of service and when service was requested her body language spoke of being bothered instead of ready to serve. Not bad for the money, but dont expect much.

I just so happened to check on past reviews for Super 8 (Twinsburg), Back about 5 years ago I posted this review with 1-Star. To my suprise i was wondering how this hotel is up to almost 4-Stars. My review was changed to 3 - Stars. Im assuming because it was so long ago, they didnt think it would be noticed. I regraded it at 1-Star!!!! Be Aware.response / report this review -

My brother and I stayed here for 4 nights, the building smells horrible. The front desk or management has no problem letting people smoke weed throughout the hotel. Couldn't walk out in the hallway without thinking Cheech and chong and snoop dog were staying in the hotel as well. If this hotel was in a military town it would definitely be black listed due to the pot smell. Had to return key cards twice because they stopped working within 40 minutes of checking in. If you have kids stay someplace else.

Nice room, small breakfast area and options. Free WiFi. Average price for a motel. I wish their weekly rates were a bit more affordable.
