Very nice room for the night. Very clean. Wifi, tv, refrigerator in order along with ironing board. The only downside was the noise. We had a room that faced north toward the interstate and truck stop. I'm a light sleeper so I should have planned accordingly. South facing room next time. If you stay, check out Mariachis Mexican restaurant across the road. Great place to wind down after I-95. I would return to this property again.

For the most part we had clean linen and towels, Bathtub needs more cleaning maybe bleach! stains on window curtains but not bad for couple nights sleep. Breakfast staff really nice!

Room was clean, fresh linens and towels. Breakfast had many options. We had small dog. Staff was friendly and helpful. Would return again. Fair price. Room was large and roomy.

Very dated, which doesn't bother us until combined with uncleanliness. Big stains on one fitted sheet. Several outlets were pulling away from the wall, none of which would hold a plug (kept sliding out of jack). Not sure if the tub floor was flaking away or if the soap scum was just that thick. Rooms smelled of old stale mildew. Thick layer of dirt/residue over the top of the hair dryer making us wonder what other shortcuts are taken during regular housekeeping. Needs a deep cleaning. Due to the state of the rooms, we skipped the breakfast and ate out. We wouldn't stay there again.

Great directions, and a pleasant and friendly person Pam on the phone . Clean room ; big breakfast. We were fortunate to find this gem at this price. They were there when we needed them. Would stay again. TY.

Not far from interstate (I-95). Was able to stop and grab a room with no problem. Reasonable pricing and very nice staff person at the font desk. Came to provide batteries for TV remote that wasn't working and helped my roomie access the Internet.
The bed was cozy but the bathroom was not clean. There was standing water and dirty in the tub. We were stopping for only one night and too tired to move so we dealt with it. But it made shower time less fun than usual. I didn't swim but think guests should more the pool is really a hot tub sized dip -- not really one where you can swim.
At least there is breakfast included and close to several restaurants and snack places nearby. Basically, you get a decent hot and cot for a decent price.response / report this review -

Place was clean and decent for the price. We needed a place to stop on our way from New York to Florida and this worked perfect. Staff was friendly and rooms were spacious and clean.

What an incredible bargain! The room was clean. The bed was VERY comfortable and I loved the pillows!! The shower was great! The free breakfast was amazing! The breakfast room was beautifully decorated (and cleaner) and the food selection was on par with far more expensive hotels (ie. Holiday Inn/Holiday Inn Express). And the staff was so very warm and friendly. I would stay there again!

Room was okay but what a sketchy looking place! Evelyn at the front desk got me checked in and it only took her 20 minutes! I tried to call them earlier to make a reservation but the gravely voice kept telling me to call back in 15 minutes. Parking is very tight with limited room to pull in and out of straight in spaces. The only thing I can really rate positively was the TV and the hot water.
