Great, personalised customer service! The rooms are nice and clean. Easy access to downtown Santa Cruz, walking distance to the beach.

It was a great location very close to boardwalk and beach parking was strained room was ok in size but cleanliness needed major work toilet was running the tub was very dirty there were holes in the walls it was very dirty all around the front desk was extremely nice only issue was they didnt want anyone in the handicap parking so they could park their cars there i had to insist for a spot since i couldnt walk from back of building to room the hair dryer didnt work the tiles on floor were sharp my son cut his foot on the edge had to place a towel over the edges to ensure no more incidents the controls on the tub were broken and very nasty we ended up not useing tub at all breakfast was simple waffles and juices only major plus was the location i will not be staying again but for someone who needs to stay a day to rest may be fine

Great spot. Within walking distance to the boardwalk and beach. Clean room, very friendly staff, good continental breakfast. Overall it was great.

This place is really old and outdated. Old A/C unit barley worked. Microwave in the unit didn't heat any food, just sent an occasional flash of light. Parking is really tight, sometimes impossible to get out in the morning. You'll have to park on the street if the lot's full. They do have a small breakfast bar but you'll have to take the food back to your room. Beds were stiff but okay. Once is enough

Location is great but the rooms are smaller than other motels. Lacks parking structure and spaces for overnight guest.

Had a great experience driving in to Santa Cruz later at night from a long drive from Oregon. The front desk lady was the kindest woman. She openly helped me over the phone and made me more than excited to come check in to my room. Really loved the room as well. clean and large. I will be coming back here again! Thanks!

Our room had a sauna and beautiful view. Close to the boardwalk. Service was excellent.
