Really bad and unprofessional customer service, the guy on front desk was really rud, unfortunately i didnt found any rooms available in the area thats why i decided to book here, we change rooms twice due to a bad odor, rooms are old and outdated prostitutes trying to offer their service to every guy walking by. a bunch o of pot heads smoking weed on parking loits.

Rude. Bed bugs. Terrible customer service. WILL NEVER RETURN. Antonia and one of the mangers are really rude & obnoxious. Don't not stay here!

Passing trucks and trains at night were loud. No frills in the room or on site. The rental agreement included items like a no party clause and length of stay clause that indicated that the location was commonly treated as an extended residence.

It was a pretty nice place to stay in comparison to most hotels in Salinas. Though they do require a deposit or a hold for one on your card in order to get a room.. which is smart but something you should inquire about before planning your stay.

Room was clean, no bedbugs. Checkout was 11 am, which was good. The beds were hard, but we were able to sleep well. The A/C had sone easy to use wall controls, which we liked. We didn't use any amenities there, but the ice was clean as well. Not a bad stay overall.

Friendly service at the reception desk. Room was clean and cozy. Room temperature was ideal. Vending machine available for bottled drinks. Conveniently next to Starbucks. I fully enjoyed my stay here.

My first night here was in a room facing the main road. It was very noisy, even in the late hours. Next night, was put in a room in the back and it was much better!

I would give a zero star but the system doesn't allow me to do it. If you would like to have a terrible experience I would highly recommend you to stay here. The towels have yellow stains, the toilet is clogged with soap warping paper (from the previous guest I guess), and the worst of the worst: THEY HAVE BED BUGS. Maybe you save a couple bucks on this hotel but you will need to throw away all of your clothes and luggages. DO YOURSELF A FAVOR AND STAY AWAY FROM THIS HOTEL.

The room was nice however it was small and the bathroom was about the same size as the room itself. They also charge a 50$ fee upfront Incase you break anything. So be aware of that.

The room itself was decent and clean. It is your typical motel style of establishment. There are sketchy characters that loiter in the parking lot throughout the day and night. If the price is right, I would stay here again.

hotel was located a short drive to the touristy downtown area but not really walking distance to anything. first room they gave us wasn't done being cleaned. they quickly moved us to another one which was fine. when we checked out the next morning they couldn't find us because the clerk had put down that we were in a different room than either of the ones we actually entered. a little unsettling. I stay in plenty of cheap hotels and I guess I'd prefer one that doesn't have wierd mixup a like that
