The room smelled like weed the carpet was dirty.the room was hot and would never cool down STAY AWAY FROM THIS HOTEL !!!!!

While the suite had nice large main rooms the, the bathroom tub/shower was a little small (not big enough for two). The floor had several uneven areas which might create a tripping hazard. Neither TV remote had batteries (didn't check at front desk for any). The TV's had rather small screens for the size of the rooms, additionally the bedroom TV was at an odd angle to the bed and when turned on manually you couldn't change the channels. There was a burned out light in the bedroom. Several of the appliances were unplugged. You had to go all the way to the front door to turn the sitting area lights on and then wait another ten minutes for the lights to reach full intensity.

I was very upset with my stay. The only good thing about my stay was the night staff lady who checked us in. She was very friendly. Unfortunately it went down hill from there. There were dried buggers in the shower, a molded filter in the coffee pot, my comforter was dirty, and blood splatter on my wall. When we went down to breakfast my children had to drink coffee because both the juices were out and the milk had been out too long and was spoiling. The lady at the counter was too busy on her phone and handed us a business card to call the manager on Monday. When we did he was very rude and disrespectful. He said there was nothing he could do and hung up on us. I Will NEVER stay here again.

The room were not very nice the housekeepers were rude in the mornings You could hear everything as if there were people coming though the ceilings. And the hall ways were so loud with people in then it was like everyone in the whole hotel were in the same room when the people upstairs walked it sound like a heard of cows. Their staff was rude they came and knocked on our door at 8 7n the morning and ask if we wanted room service and we said no so they preceded to open our door anyways u we yelled no to them twice befor rhey slammed the door..the shower curtain looked liked it had blood on it. The toilet over flood and the breakfast sucked.

If I could do a 0 I would. Smelled like weed the entire stay, rooms were trashy, could hear everything literally from hallways and people in rooms, staff sucked, opened my door at 8 in the morning for "room service" I yelled no thank you and he still came in and slammed the door when he walked out. I know he could hear me yelling no and he came in anyway. Breakfast was small and none of it was even decent. Milk was warm. I wouldn't recommend this hotel. And I won't ever stay here again.

There was hair in the shower. Also when we pulled into the parking lot a dude was just laying in the parking lot. Looking up at the sky. Just chillin'. (He was alive) There's a sketchy store across the road, uh, I don't want to say what it was.. We didn't have a refrigerator or microwave. We met only one worker and she was nice. Uh yea. That is all.

At this price point, excellent. Clean renovated room. Nicely decorated. Comfortable bed and pillows. Greeted by the most pleasant, Gaynelle. Would definitely return.

OK I had several problems. I stayed Friday night, I payed for one room, that goes good but once I get to my room and try to relax, I see the remote doesn't work for the t.v. so I call down and they tell me to use the buttons for the t.v. " OK rude, but I'll try " the t.v. was locked the volume channel and menu buttons would not work. So they gave me a used remote with a program guide on how to connect with the t.v. then the problem was the buttons on the new remote wouldn't work. 😲😲😲😖 So I call back down. And just ask if I can switch rooms they tell me " you can't switch again " I NEVER MOVED IN THE FIRST PLACE!! so I got switched to another room after a stern back and fourth. Everything was fine I left Saturday morning. And on Sunday they charged me another full price for my stay. So Friday I payed $ 60.01 and a $1 fee. But I was charged another $60.01 on Sunday. ( I wasn't even in the city. ) And I call them and there's nothing they can do. They gave me 3 different reasons of why it charged me again. 👹👺😡😠😠😠At this point I'm pissed off. The extra charge sent my account into negative. They have no right to access my account without me present or without my knowledge and or consent. I was told to call them at 8 am to speak to a manager and when I did they told me he's not there for the week. The service lady spoke very little English. So I called corporate which have me a completely different reason for the charge. In conclusion I felt as if they tried to take advantage of me. I will never stay there again. And I advise anyone else to avoid this place unless you pay with cash and DO NOT GIVE THEM ANY ACCESS TO YOUR CREDIT/ DEBIT ACCOUNT

The employees were very friendly and helpful. The room was adequate for the price. Always concerned about parking and there enough room for the vehicles I drive. Overall was a good place to stay.

Horrible service the key wouldn't open to our suite door had to get a new room which was smaller and down graded after 20 minutes and then when we walked into our room there were dirty towels on the floor used soap and used bottles of shampoo all over the bathroom sink the refrigerator did not work there were black pubes on our bed on white sheets and there was soft spots where the floor was starting to cave in! Nerever again worst hotel experience and check out was at 11am but our room key stopped working before 10am. which made it extremely difficult to lug our stuff back down to the car with a baby we had to take turns while one of us held the door while the other made a few trips down stairs to the car.
