I gave a bad rating because of an issue at a store with the same name in Columbus. A very nice guy from this location called me and kindly explained that they have no affiliation with columbus and we're even cometitors. Was going to delete the rating but decided to rate 5 for good customer service.

Don't trust the mattress mart name anymore. Bought mattress in Columbus and the are out of busness. Never got what i ordered. Tried to see if marion location would help but they would not. Out hundreds of dollars and disputing visa charges. They hide behind "privately owned" so buy from them at your own risk..
