Very clean. Love the housekeeping staff. Internet is iffy and would be better with a hot tub and pool.

This place has made a complete 360 on the rooms few years ago they were not anything special bit now the rooms are immaculate clean nothing to complain about there really worth what there charging. The whole staff is great and very nice and as helpful as they possibly can be id recommend this place to anyone looking for a hotel in ioniaa..best hotel in ionia for sure and fairly cheap for how nice the rooms are.. No pool but you would be disappointed goin to the other hotel

I gave it a four because, it's a nice spot for a good night's rest. If that's all you want to do. My only concerns are number one it cost to much to sleep.. meaning I would had given it a 5 except no indoor heated pool.. or any kind of activities.. overall if you want to just sleep.. Great place. Clean etc

Asked for an accessible room when booked because one guest is wheelchair bound. At check in he tried to put us on the second floor with no elevator-and looked annoyed as he scrambled to find us a room on the first floor that was apparently full.
The room we got was not clean-the toilet was filthy honestly. Thankfully the beds were fresh so we could sleep and get out of there as planned. Thank goodness I will have no need to stay in Ionia again.response / report this review -

Right off of 96 in Ionia. Pulled up n looked scary. Almost pondered not to stay. But inside was really nice. Had a very sweet lady from India get me settled. Room was beautiful, clean n very comfortable. No amenities like pool or gym.

The room had our essential for sleeping, which was all we really did there. We were in room 139, which got noisy at 6:30 in the morning with noises from a nearby room. It sounded like someone working out. I'm not sure if that was in their room or if we were by an excersize room. When we wanted to fill our water bottles before we left we were told there was no drinking water via tap (which is interesting since they have continental breakfast with a juice machine and they make coffee), and said the only water they had was bottled water. I've never had this issue filling water bottles at any other hotel, 2 start to 5 star hotels. This is just an observation. I'm not sure if the staff didn't want to be helpful or if I shouldn't be having liquids from the hotel after that, but it seemed odd and not very hospitable :/

Stayed 2 nights for work. As for as a super 8 goes it's pretty nice. Staff was helpful and Pleasant. Beds were stiff but that's normal, breakfast had cereal, oatmeal, and waffles. I didn't like the fact they didn't have hot water for the oatmeal and the microwave says "don't use for oatmeal". I had a trailer so the parking here was very convenient. It's right off the high way and has a huge gas station\ subway next door.

Me and my Husband went up last weekend and stayed in a Jacuzzi Room 😍 The Room was hughe.. And the Bed was to die for!!! Very well treaded and very well tooken care of, It felt like home away from home. And proud to say we our coming back tonight to stay with our kid's. I give this a Five Star! And would definitely recommend this Hotel to anyone. 😊

Was a pretty good stay . Reason for going is we lost power in town. Rooms were nice and clean. Only bad thing I have to say is there was an HD TV in the room but wasn't hooked up in HD and the tv was very fuzzy almost unwatchable so that was a disappoiment. Other than that good stay

Really comfortable and clean room. Lamps with plugs in them for devices. Super service. Good breakfast. Right next to a Pilot truck stop that is well stocked with conviences.
