  Came to Helen for a wedding. Booked last minute so it was the only thing available. Easily the grossest hotel I've ever been in. If this is your only option, pack a tent and sleep in the woods. You'll be better off.

  This place is beautiful and spacious. Daniel, the front desk manager went above and beyond. I highly recommend this place for families and/or couples. Very romantic setting .

  Good location but that's it. It is now a Surestay. It is transitioning from a Super 8. It has a long way to go. Non smoking rooms smell of smoke, paint off walls in places, housekeeping is a laughing matter, appliances don't work properly or at all. Internet is off and on, would be hard to do business on line if at all.

  It's in a good location close to town. My room was very nice, had no issues. I like the fact that the pool is heated and has a roof over it. Overall great place

  Great location, walking distance from the center of town. Room was nice, spacious but did have a gnat problem.

  The location is very close to up town. You can walk to places to eat and all the shops. You can walk to go tubing. Rooms were cozy. They have a nice indoor heated pool. They had a place for us to cook out. They have free breakfast in the morning. Would recommend!!!

  This is now the SureStay. It is being cleaned up and made better. It is pretty good and the staff is awesome. I recommend this place especially if you ride motorcycles. They welcome bikers with open arms.

  Checked in and everything was fine. That night we had the cops knocking on our door because someone in the hotel was calling 911 but wasn't saying anything.. then the people in the room next to us were fighting and banging on the walls and slamming the doors. Horrible place, will never go back again.. staff was rude about the whole situation!
