Loved my villa. Very quiet this time of year. Staff polite and professional. Grounds well kept. Everything was not perfect but I was happy.

We visited Apple Mountain resort in Georgia this summer and really enjoyed our stay there. It is a very nice, pretty and clean and well kept resort! We stayed in a two bedroom that had a small, but efficient kitchen, comfortable beds, front and back balconies. There were many activities to take advantage of including tennis, volleyball, mini golf, disc golf, hot tub, pool, playground, exercise equipment, small movie theater, pool table, arcade, access to computer and internet service, and a small cafe on site. The swimming pool was large and very clean as were other amenities. The staff was friendly and helpful with no on-site sales people to deal with. It was a secluded resort but within driving range to nice areas of attraction, like Little Switzerland, and good shopping in Commerce, Ga. A good place to stay, especially for couples or families that want to spend quality time with each other!

Fun for kids. Love hiking at nearby Tallulah Gorge. Rooms are nice and spacious. Sometimes experience bug problems though, and maintenance can be slow to respond. The master Toilet is insanely small, only suitable for a toddler. And the televisions are tiny.

We love this resort. There are numerous waterfalls in the area, hiking, a scenic train, etc, etc. None of these are more than an hour away so we plan day trips for serious photography outings. The last week of October is usually good for fall colors. The staff is always friendly and helpful. We have a full 2 bedroom condo with kitchen so it quite comfortable and we have the jetted tub to help with sore muscles. The only negative is the way the buildings are constructed it's a challenge to get the car unloaded and stuff into the condo. Down 1 flight of stairs and then up 2 flights of stairs. They don't have enough units for people with mobility issues.
Two years later, we still love coming because we can get to lots of places to take photos. Wicked pig BBQ in Clayton is the best. Staff is great. I still don’t like not having elevators!

Apple Mountain Resort is one of my families favorite places to vacation! The staff is very friendly and always excited to help. The facility is clean and well kept! There is more than enough activities to do right on the campus! Love love love this place!!!

I've been coming here with my family for years. We love North GA. The resort is located within a convenient distance from Tallulah Gorge, Clarkesville, Clayton and Helen. Restaurants in the area range from fine dining at Fortify in Clayton to great BBQ at Clarkesville's Hawg Wild.

Staff are courteous and responsive and the the grounds are well kept, with a swimming pool, weight room, sauna, hot tub, mini golf, a games room and grill. The Apple Mountain Golf Club is right across the street.

The units are nice but counters are often cracked and the furniture is dated and well-used. Renovations are underway. All units have balcony patios (most overlooking the woods), Wi-Fi, three televisions and a Jacuzzi and can sleep 6-7 (two bedrooms and a pull out bed in the living room). In sum, this is a great place for a getaway in North GA.

Terrible, horrible resort. Please don't stay here if you're trying to have a good time. Far, far away from everything. Walmart is at least 25 min away. No amenities or anything complimentary for guests. Never will stay here again.

Terrible rooms. Where to begin first off, the floors are horrible. You have to tip toe around because there so soft and thin, also on that note, they squeak in certain spots really loud, above you and on your floors. Second, the bathrooms are definitely not built right. The toilet is so absolutely small in the master bedroom, I have to say it's not male friendly. At least the one in the other bedroom is, but it's so close to the bathroom counter, you literally have to lean because if you don't the counter digs into your side with the toilet paper roll. Third, the walls are so thin you can literally hear someone sneeze in the next room. Forth, the TVs are way too small and the couches are uncomfortable. I could go on and on about how HORRIBLE this place is. I will never recommend this place to anyone. I will never come back.

Constant noise from the guests that were staying above us. Running, jumping, and stomping with NO pauses. Addressed it with the front desk who stated they had already received many complaints and they suggested we say something to them. What complex tells us, the guests, to try and simmer down obnoxiously noisy neighbors? Guess Apple Mountain. What an extreme disappointment.
