This is the worst motel I have ever walked into! We walked up towards the stairs and there was what looked like vomit and it was dried on the concrete. Then we got up the stairs and went around the back towards our room and we saw a green pool!! When we got to the room we walked in and the smell was horrible! Two of the lights would not come on. My husband went to use the restroom and there was a used washcloth hanging on the shower curtain and a used hand towel on the side of the tub. We then decided to walk the room and take pictures. The toilet had some kind of gunk in it under the rim that was visible just by standing there. There were dried brown stains around the sink. There was a patch in the carpet that looked like it had been chewed up and never replaced. There was something brown that had dripped down the wall and dried there to the left of the window. The AC unit did not work properly. My husband went down stairs and showed the pictures to the man behind the counter. He refused to give us another room and gave us a refund. We are evacuees from Hurricane Irma trying to get back home to Florida. After a long day on the road only getting to Hardeeville, SC after leaving Black Mountain, NC at 630 this morning I was highly disappointed and we will be sleeping in our car. I called the customer service line to let them know about the situation. The said they were sorry and tried to find us another room but the rates were so high even with the discount we could not afford what they offered. I am so upset at this whole thing I decided to let others know about our experience.

Looking at the photos, this hotel looks decent. Don't be fooled. Walking to the room, the stairs are cracking and falling to pieces, the ceilings outside are falling apart as well. We get into the room and there is a MASSIVE 8-10 foot water stain on the ceiling that is so severe that they have scraped it to bare concrete to try to get rid of it. The towels and pillows all had hairs on them and didn't look clean. There were stains EVERYWHERE. On the walls, on the doors, on the floor. I didn't want sleep their with my child but I had already paid for the room and was worried they wouldn't return the money for 3-5 days so we were stuck. This place was disgusting. I was excited about the free breakfast I saw in their website, but after seeing their rooms, I didn't have an appetite anymore nor did I want to risk catching anything. This place is rough, guys. Check the Red Roof Inn a tad East of the Super 8. It looked muuuuuch nicer. We paid $62 for a barely $30/night room.

Don't do this! I know the price is tempting and it seems like a risk your willing to take. Just don't do it! We read all the reviews and thought- how bad could it be? It's worse than you can imagine! We booked this hotel just for a bed to sleep in while traveling. Upon arrival the random man sitting in the lobby was nicer than the actual employee behind the desk (who could not be bothered to get off her phone to help me) Our rooms door did not lock, the pillows still had head imprints in them as if someone had just slept there. The sheets were stained. The room smelled of mold and pot. And the bathroom was not cleaned. When I came down to cancel our room the same employee did not seem shocked at my complaints. Do yourself a favor and just don't come here!

STOP!!!!! Save yourself a nightmare and find another motel. This is by far the worst accommodations I've experienced out of all my world travels. If you think sleeping with the lights on to avoid the families of cockroaches, which hide behind the mirrors and headboard along with the stained yellow toilet, the orange water streams coming from the shower, and the bed bugs like sleeping arrangements then book it! What an experience when waking up and checking all orifices for internal bug penetration. As a business owner I understand how bad review hurt your business and I avoid giving negative reviews but in this case I'm warning you for your own safety please pass it by and go to a motel 6 where they will leave the lights on for you and you don't have to leave the lights on to avoid the roaches. Good luck!

Booked this room through expedia for $44.99, due to flight delays we didn't arrive at the hotel until 9 pm. The guy at the desk told me they don't except expedia reservations after 9 and wanted to charge us $109. After looking for other hotels in the area, this was the only hotel that wasnt fully booked so we decided to stay at the $109 price. Worst mistake ever, the floor was filthy the bathroom was filthy and mildewed, no smoke alarm, dirty linens and the odor was horrible.

My Mother in Law was in the ICU & this place was the only one that had available rooms. Due to a holiday weekend. The water was brown that came out of the sink. My husband & I woke up the next morning to the popcorn ceiling sharing the bed with us. Yes it was falling off the roof. One of the beds was broke. The other was sitting on center blocks. Which I broke one of my toes on. That's how I found out about the blocks. I would rather sleep under a tree than at this place ever again. They are under construction. But their construction workers are sleeping in the best rooms. All the while the other customers are checking for bed bugs. Worst most disgusting place I have ever slept in.

I won't even give this hotel a one star, I just checked in this hotel on 02/08/2017 at 8:23pm and i had to leave the hotel 10 minutes later because of the smell of the room and the bed sheets plus the carpet and i left this hotel with my body itching after laying in this bed. it was really disgusting.

Just got settled in the room. My friend had pubes on his sheets but they're only pubes I guess also it was his bed not mine the fridge looks like it has a peeling sunburn. The end table was pulled out where I found a half finished water and a tissue.
