I stayed at this hotel during my son"s graduation from marine corps. I have never stayed in hotel as awful as this.first night room reeked of smoke it took 30 minutes to air it with air freshener. Same night killed 2 roaches in bathroom not to mention roaches in elevator.returned from base on Thursday lobby reeked of marijuana another quest was complaining but clerk didn't believe her,and to find live roach in refrigerator. So what is the point of having refrigerator I quess roaches want cold drinks too.also the first night there were men working on cars in the parking lot ,we were 4 women traveling alone.people simply hang out in lobby.this hotel is transient hotel.i didn't expect 5 star treatment just clean room without roaches. But for 287.00 I think I deserve much better
I don't recommend thius hotel to no one .
Tanisha the front desk clerk was very, very warm, friendly and helpful. We had to stay because of the hurricane Irma we had no power or water. The room was very nice and clean. I will return. Oh, and the common area decor was beautiful and very inviting.

Loved it there. I will definitely go back. Loved the staff and our room.
This place wants so badly to be a nice beach side hotel. Unfortunately, it needs lots of money invested. We found cockroaches in the bed and on the sink, most doors either won't close or won't lock (including our room door, the front door, and the side entrance). I think the real problem is that people are using this place as apartment housing with no desire or plan to leave. The staff is friendly, but overall, this place isn't clean. The tile portion of our floor is sticky, there are onion skins, mold and debris in the fridge, and I suspect from the spots on the beds that they might not be changing the linens after a stay. I would not stay here again. It feels unsafe. This place would do well in the 60-75 dollar price range per night since it is relativly close to a beach destination. No beach, 45-55 a night.
Great Value, Phenomenal staffStaff worked harder than most 5 star hotel workers. Staff should be given quarterly bonuses based on customer satisfaction surveys! Owners should invest in the property and help out this wonderful group of workers!
Avoid this place at all costs. I booked 3 rooms for family and just walking into the lobby you can tell it's only going to get worse. There is an odor in the air you can't make out but so unpleasant. The rooms were not vacuumed for probably ages. BUGS in every room live and crawling for me to kill. Sinks are not cleaned and brown stains.. The beds were ovviously not changed and fresh as had hair from whoever was in there last. Very outdated. I didn't even bother taking anything in went back to front desk to get my refund and get as far as I could from this place.
It was ok. A little shady but you get what you pay for.
The front desk management, and the housekeeping team were all very polite and helpful when needed. Housekeeping made sure that I had clean towels and washcloths, as well as extra trash bags on a regular basis. Would choose to stay here over anywhere else in town.
Clean room and a very friendly staff. Oh and great rates too.
For the area it was decently priced but was very dirtythe room was outdated but served the purpose. The elevator smelled awful and was filthy as were the hallways.
Great employees and staff. Amazingly helpful and supportive.
