I had a bad experience there.I locked the door and while I was resisting in bed someone managed to open it.The people on the office are very shrewd. Watch out.
Just save your money and do not go here. Just here to ride out hurricane Irma and oh my god did we make a mistake! First of all these rooms are over priced, especially since they're disgusting and roach INFESTED. I had stains all over my pillows, stains on the mattresses. Broken lamp shades, the bathroom door doesn't even shut. Just don't come here, there are other options near. Trust me you'll either leave with roaches in your bags or bites from bedbugs.
The front desk agent was odd but friendly. If I judged people on their oddness, I would have left as soon as I got there. Dirty under the beds, horrible mattresses, stains on sheets, the front door wouldn't shut properly, the bathroom door looked like the door to someone's house, cracked lampshades, stinky musty smell, dead cockroach under the bed and BEDBUGS!!!!!!!!!! One dead and evidence of eggs. I snapped a few pics and attached. They didn't argue with giving me a refund. The front desk was apologetic but obviously not surprised when I told her. I don't need to stay at the Ritz but that was the worst! The rooms on American Horror Story Hotel looked cleaner.
Close to I-95 easily accessible Wendy's Burger King or across the street not a bad little joint typical Super 8 Motel booked it through Travelocity before you get here and it's only 59 bucks at night compared to $90
First off, the receptionist had no life in them. Very quiet and unprofessional. Trash everywhere, room has holes everywhere did I forget to mention the roaches crawling inside and out the rooms. Duct tape sticking together the rips on curtains. Let me stop here. This place over all 0-5 stars. However, the only good thing that came out of it was the instant refund without hassle. Thanks for that.
While I understand this is a no frills hotel, there was no coffee in the room. The fridge was not plugged in. The room was clean so that was good. The hotel seems to need a refreshing as a whole. And when checking in, the people who were covering had no clue how to check me in. I understand they were covering for someone who was in the hospital, but still.
Not a bad hotel for the money not alot but a gas station going on but for a cheap stop it wasnt bad at all.
This is the most dirties hotel I have ever been in I dint even stay once I saw a roomPLEASE U GO THERE RUN IS FILTHY TRASHY N NOT CLEAN AT ALL THE PPL AT THE FRONT DEST ARE RUDE AS WELL
Rates are not as advertised. Refuse to give my money to this place when there are halfway decent places with similar rates in the area. What a joke and what LOUSY, LOWDOWN people to blatantly LIE about rates. I'd rather pay $30-40 more per night than to give money to dishonest people.
The price of the room wasn't as advertised. Noisy guests. No internet (not their fault) no remote for the TV, and dirty/stained towels. Not the worst, but there's better for a comparable price
We got charged twice upon check in. And it still hasn't been resolved. I requested 2 extra pillows but never got them.
The parking lot is heavily eroded.
There is supposed to be a breakfast. Ha ha. No coffee was brewed. Had to get all the supplies out ourselves. The milk was curdled. The lady behind the counter was just playing on her tablet. A guy yelled at the lady behind the counter and all she said was "Sorry" and went back to her game.
There are bugs in the rooms. The phone doesn't work. No shampoo.
One bar of soap. Only 2 towels for a 4 person capacity.
There are only 6 fire extinguishers on the property although there are boxes for them. The extinguishers that are present, are only in the stair corridors. The ones they have were inspected last year.
They have more money in their security system than in taking care of their guests.
Yes they are low priced and not far from Savannah, but I never expected this kind of place to stay on my family's first vacation.
I will be contacting someone higher up.
Please don't stay here.
