Extremely friendly front desk staff. Parking for 1 or 2 trucks and easy access to shopping and food. Clean room, a little dated.

We were told it's a none smoking facility, but the down stairs hallway was strongly polluted
Upstairs?? Nice and clean.
We got to our designated room, and housekeeping had never cleaned it 😋
Got to the second room and two light switches didn't work 😙
No complaints, just reality of life in a fallen world.,,

I was visiting friends who were staying at this hotel. They said the hotel itself was just okay. The beds were not as comfortable as most, and there was no hot water but yet no discount was given. (I guess a part broke) Also on a few third party booking sites it has a pool listed with this hotel but it doesn't have one. It's in a convenient location and around a lot of main shops, restaurants, etc.

Room was clean, but the breakfast had almost nothing. As a truck driver I stay at Super 8 because they are usually clean and I can start my day on a full stomach. I would stay at this Super 8 again.

Literally the worst hotel I've ever stayed in. The night staff was rude and unreasonable. Someone in the room below us lived there full time and didn't like anyone staying above them so they called in a complaint every time we walked across the floor. The manager threatened to kicks us out of the hotel with police if we didn't switch rooms because of the person complaining and wasn't going to give us a refund. All of this happened within ONE HOUR OF WALKING IN THE DOOR! The door to the room didn't shut unless you lifted the entire thing up so the latch could meet the hole. Not to mention my kids were terrified because the manager and desk person continuously came and yelled at me because we were being to loud when walking. I will never stay in another super 8 even if my life depends on it. A card board box on the side of the road on a mud puddle would probably be cleaner too.

Could use some sprucing up maybe new bedspreads or update the furniture in the rooms. Could be a bit cleaner some rooms look better than others as far as overall cleanliness. This place does accept cash and rooms are cheep, most other hotels in auburn Indiana are card only.

Horrendous. Pretty sure they have bedbugs. The day after I stayed, over 30 red, welty, blistery, itchy things appeared on my skin. Googled it, looks like bedbugs. Reported them to the Health Department.

Well me and my wife and one year old daughter have been there 2 times will not go back staff and management stab you in the back also that don't care about customer service last time we where there did. Otherwise have hot water for 2 days when I complained to counter person she told me I don't know what to tell you the manager came in and threatened to kick me out so we left early and went to different hotel also that have a lot of live in people there. If that had new management and replaced some of the staff and got a owner place might be worth staying at until then not at all
