Nice clean place, friendly helpful people. Parents, beware of the tap water though, it can get very VERY hot!

Facility is badly in need of an upgrade.
Check in was smooth and fast and in order. Was recognized as a Premium member.
Bathroom includes the Toilet and Shower with the sink outside at the entrance to the room. Decent set of bath amenities.
Shower is a disaster. Picture attached of showerhead that is mostly clogged up resulting in very poor water flow. A simple clean up job would solve this. Shows neglect and lack of attention to detail.
There was hair from the previous guest in the shower. Poorly cleaned.
Room is lacking in outlets. In this day and age of 3-4 devices per person, this is certainly noticed. No outlets next to the bed.
Rooms do come with a fridge and a microwave and a Keurig coffee maker which is nice.
I needed to use the Laundry facilities in the hotel. The Washer worked and when I got to the Dryer, it would not turn ON. I needed the clothes for an early morning meeting. The Receptionist at the hotel was kind enough to let me use the Industrial size Dryer that they use for the sheets overnight.
Breakfast was a decent spread. More stuff than I have use for in the morning.
Overall a property that does not leave much to remember it for a repeat visit.response / report this review -

Place was clean, close to some fast food and a Bob Evans. The king bed in my room was fairly new. Overall can't complain.

Who takes time to leave a review on a low to moderate hotel? This guy! That's how good our experience was. The king bed was comfy and room was kept well. The breakfast blew us away for the class of hotel. Fresh pancakes, egg white and veggie omelettes, fresh cinnamon rolls, hard-boiled eggs, biscuits & gravy and of course your staples: bagels, toast, 4 cereals, fruits, muffins, scrambled eggs, 2 types of sausage, 3 types of coffee and multiple creamers, hot teas, juices and oatmeal. It was enough to impress me to make this review!

This hotel is excellent. The staff is very friendly and helpful. Very clean. Holiday Inn can be proud of this one. Here on business and would gladly come here with my wife if we were in the Auburn area.

Weak shower in our room. Cable kept cutting out. Good wifi and lots of options at breakfast. Wish the fan would stay on on the AC instead of turning on and off. Stayed a few nights. Overall, fine.

We recently reserved a block of rooms for a funeral. Sandra at the Holiday Inn was extremely helpful and accommodating. All the staff went out of their way to make sure we had everything we needed. We were able to congregate and visit with relatives in the breakfast area in the evening.

Good service. Friendly staff. A little out dated interior and rooms. Also the front doors are not auto- opening which was strange. Good FREE breakfast and delicious COOKIES!

Beware of their "early booking" cancellation policy which allows for NO refund on deposit upon cancellation. Ironically your deposit amount is equal to the total amount charged for your stay! Unfair policy in fine print.

Highly recommended! I walked in this holiday inn and got a smell of freshness. My room looked like it was the first Time someone has stepped foot in. Staff was at my door within seconds when I needed something. The price was right I will be back thank you management.
