I was pleasantly surprised by how well kept this hotel is Not that it is a true 5star hotel, but for this price range, it was an excellent choice. Very clean, very friendly staff. I'll be back.

If you want to wait a half hour or so for a third party shuttle service Holiday Inn Express contracts with then this is for you. The hotel tells you that they have free shuttle service to and from the airport before they ask you for a credit card. After you pay Holiday Inn then tells you that you have to go talk to a third party shuttle service, register your name and destination then the shuttle service rep tells you to have a seat and they will call your name. If I knew all this before I booked I would not have booked. Last time with Holiday Inn here!

Stayed here for the weekend. It's very close to the airport, has a shuttle, free breakfast, a fridge and microwave in the room, good water pressure, a business center, a suite shop for purchase, laundry, a gym, and an inside pool. The room was clean and comfortable. The staff were friendly. I enjoyed my stay and would stay again if passing through.

The free breakfast was pretty awesome. Great selection. Rooms super comfty and clean. Very quiet place, definitely worth the price.

Stayed here multiple times. Staff is always super friendly. Got an early check in today and the cleaning staff did a super job of getting my room ready. Also plenty of parking even during a fully booked night.

My husband is a truck driver and my son and I ride with him we happen to drive into town and was turned away rudely from best western telling us motel 8 was more our style because we only had cash at the time to pay for the room and deposit so we came across this place on 10-14-2017 @ 9pm in hopes to get a room and i must say The manager and staff is AMAZING and a god sent we will come back here always the place is clean very nice and once again the staff is AMAZING I will def be passing on the word and suggesting this place to everyone we know including our trucker buddies and co workers I want to give a BIG thanks to the staff and manager you have no idea what a god sent you all are i could not thank you enough

This is a well-kept HIE. Breakfast had a large variety of choices including hot items. Cookies appear in the lobby at 5pm. All of the staff members I came into contact with over our 3-day stay were super-helpful and very friendly. We were right on the freeway and yet it was quiet. In the still wee hours of the morning you could hear a truck go by, but as a background noise, not really loud. Super convenient to the airport and the fairgrounds. Only 15 minutes to downtown so the rates were a good deal over staying downtown.

Nice breakfast! Scrambled eggs or cheese omelets and turkey sausage every morning! My kids liked the machine that made pancakes. The staff were very friendly and very helpful and spoke English just fine. The pool is small but well maintained.

Had a king suite on 3rd floor. Hotel is typical holiday inn Express setup. Not as new as some but very good and super clean. Staff is excellent. Not a lot of eating choices in area but very close to the airport. The also offer shuttle service and is only a few blocks from the train as well. You could stay here and not need a car to visit Mormon sites downtown.

I came in late from the airport. Their shuttle stopped at 11:00pm but when I called the hotel they told me to go to Express Shuttle and they'd bring me straight to the hotel and I wouldn't have to worry about anything! Great experience! The only thing when I got there I needed a pack and play/crib for my infant and the clerk at night didn't know where they were but I got it the next day asking another employee.

Just a quick overnight stay with the family. We arrived very late and learned their shuttle service ends at 11pm. We were asked to use a taxi service at the airport which took forever. That's no fault of the HIE though. The room was clean and the breakfast was excellent. We even made a little time for the pool in the morning. The water was cold but we survived.

Affordable and close to the airport. This place feels dated like it was 1999 again and made me feel the Clinton was still president (I kinda wish that was true). This Holiday Inn is very hard to find and it is easy to turn into the wrong driveway since their driveway is right next to a business driveway that does not connect to the hotel parking lot. This place really needs to put better signs or put directional arrows shows which driveway to use.

Absolutely love this stay here. Didn't have any issues whatsoever, the hotel room was clean and tidy when I arrived and every day that we had the room service. There was an excellent variety for breakfast comma along with an assortment of milk juice coffees excetera. They also have an indoor pool and hot tub which was clean and very nice for the kids to play in. Rooms were very comfortable the shower was nice the bed was soft Kama couldn't hear others through the walls which was also very convenient, and the heater also works very well which was nice considering it was snowing outside. Overall I enjoyed my stay here very very much.
