  Had to change my review from five stars to one star due to the way i was treated on a Saturday night!
  We walk in around 10PM for cosmic bowling until 2AM. Well the person in the front counter was a black guy with dreads, (he seemed like he hated his life cause he's a bowling cashier) i walked up trying to ask questions about what would be the cheaper alternative since i had a party if four with me & we wanted to bowl for a good while not just a game or two, he kept wanting me to buy games but i wanted to get charged by the hour, since each game we would of had to pay by player & each player is $13 or so. I feel like he just wanted to hustle me cause i asked "well how much for the hour" he snickers & says "ha seriously? alright then, um what shoe size" like this is no way to speak to a customer, he punches in some random numbers & goes "it'll be $87.99 for all four of you, whats your shoe size man" yeah i think not! I turn around & leave cause obviously he's got such a thick skull nothing i say will stop him from being a d*ck. We just ended up going to sams town. They have cosmic bowling as well they just dont call it that! Never coming here again. Terrible customer service. Very disappointed.

  So me and my boyfriend walk in at 12am for cosmic bowling because they are open till 2amsuper excited its date night.
  
  Get to the deli and order some food so that its ready by the time we get our lane, then walk over to pay for shoes and a lane thinking no problem they dont close till TWO and we get told oh sorry im done selling games Ummm what??? So go back to the deli and apologize cause we have to cancel our order, i mean whats the point of chilling eating in a bowling alley if we cant bowl.
  
  We say to the ladies at the deli, who by the way were very kind even with our cancellation, sorry we thought you were open till two and they proceed to tell us yes we are but because shes alone over there she decided to close the counter at midnight.
  
  That is false advertisement as well as a very poor staffing choice for a cosmic bowling friday night. Im sorry but i would understand if the bowling alley had been full but there were only maybe 3 or 4 couples playing tonight.

  We go here about once a month and always have a blast. They have so many lanes there is almost never a wait. It's as clean as a bowling alley can be. Staff is friendly and the food isn't half bad. Only complaint is there is generally one person working the food bar causing long ticket times.

  We had an issue Saturday in which we thought we lost a bowling ball in the rear of the lane. The staff were courteous, professional and very understanding and went above and beyond looking for the ball. Allison was the manager in charge and did a fantastic job of caring and trying to make the situation right. Turns out the ball was placed in a ball rack by the people bowling next to us so a crisis was averted. I want to thank Allison and her crew at Strike Zone. You guys did a great job in a possible crisis situation! We look forward to coming back in the future!
