Ted Trevino(Sales consultant) was great! He made sure that all our needs and expectations are met. He assisted us with all our inquiries, patiently and professionally showed us different choices of vehicles and explained the features and it’s functions. He even went out of his way to really find the vehicle, type and color that we preferred.
Joshua Cheng who handled our financing was great too! He made sure to meet what we can afford to pay. Both of them made us feel not just a client but special and a family.

Upon pulling up into the garage, I was immediately greeted by someone who looked to be a mechanic. He asked me the basic questions if I had an appointment and if I knew who my advisor was.
He got my advisor quickly and the advisor even got the paperwork needed to get the car worked on. Javier who was my advisor handled it in a timely matter by giving it a time frame on how long the work will take.

Overall it was a positive experience on how everything was done in a timely matter and in a professional way.

It seems like every time I go to this dealership there is always "something" extra that needs to be done on my car. In this case I went in for a simple oil change and I was told that I needed to pay to have my parking brake adjusted. It wasn't suggested that they just check the brake but that, without looking at it, have it adjusted. I was also told that I needed to have my timing belt replaced. This was odd because I know that the B1 service light that comes on does not mean that the timing belt needs to be replaced. The service guy told me that the service reminder doesn't matter as much on the west coast because the temperatures are different and the timing belts need to be replaced sooner. Really?!?

The final straw was that I receive an email from the dealership asking me to call them directly if I had issues and to not leave an honest view on their site. I will call them as well but I always want to leave a review so that others are aware. I guess if you look at the rating for Honda West it doesn't mean much as it is inflated with only the positive experiences because others are encouraged to not leave and honest review whether positive or negative. Really!?!

I am documenting just this visit. I have had similar experiences in the past.

The service done was excellent and efficient. It has been wonderful having my Accord ever since I got it. It is a great car, and runs exactly how I want it to. The service people have always been fantastic whenever the time comes around. Very friendly and helpful.

Honda West had the specific Honda with the exact specs that I wanted. So I made an appointment online with Danielle O. to test drive the car. She was very nice and easy to deal with online, on the phone and in person. When I arrived, I was given Sam Song as my salesperson. He was easy to work with and not pushy. He was friendly, professional, and very knowledgeable about the details of the car, which he reviewed effectively. He also followed up with me a week later to make sure everything was good, to ask if I needed any further explanation of the functions, and to thank me again for my business. I appreciated that great customer service very much. Also, the negotiation process at Honda West was better than most dealerships. This dealership was out of my way since I am in Anthem but so far my purchase experience was worth it. I highly recommend Sam Song!

He answered all of our questions and made the process easy. Mike R. in financing was also very friendly and helpful. All in all, buying a car at Honda West was a refreshingly pleasant experience.

All the sales team were fabulous. Shout outs to Robin in E-Sales, who was efficient and informative. My sales associate Ted, who was patient and accommodating. Last but not least, Mike from financing. He worked hard to get me the best deal. All of them were personable without being over bearing. They worked like a well oiled machine. My sister accompanied me to purchase my vehicle and was shocked that we were in and out in about 3 hours.

I came to have my 2000 Honda Accord checked out and I had the absolute PLEASURE to be helped by Rodrigo. I have so much respect for honest, caring, and genuine mechanics and car-savvy people. He is all of that and more. Don't get me wrong, everyone here was a delight to interact with. Kinda made me forget about my car troubles! 😄 As a woman, I am an easy target for crooked mechanics and I definitely did not experience that here. Thank you so much everyone. For repair service this location is really amazing. I didn't have to convince them of the problem. They took it and would provide an estimate for repair. As I was checking in I was informed of a recall issue and that it would be taken care of at the same time. Call to plan to schedule 1-2 days out. Get on early appointment, catch the 8 or 9:30 shuttle back to work or home. Careful, though, the 9:30 is usually very full. But they'll bring out another car for the rest. I had a quote given to me before end of the same day. If they need to order the past they'll tell you how much and when. If your car is drivable, you'll take it so you aren't careless. Then drop off any time after part comes in. Mine completed on same day. Great place. Thanks Carol and team.

We have purchased several Hondas for different family members over the past 15 years and have dealt with at least six different Honda dealerships in that time - both for service and purchases. I will deal exclusively with Honda West in the future - this was a great experience with attentive, honest and kind sales professionals. We worked first with Robin via telephone and Conrad on the floor. They worked together to find us the perfect Honda at the perfect price - and we were not the easiest customers for sure! Go see Conrad first and save yourself a lot of time driving all over town to other dealerships!

Honda West was spectacular with their service. The representatives are professional, courteous, and knowledgeable. The environment was very clean and comfortable in the waiting area.

My service representative, Kenny, was outstanding in the areas of customer service, knowledge of his work, and friendliness. He demonstrated a great attention to detail and follow-up, and provided excellent suggestions on the needs for my car, both for the present time and for future planning services. He is truly a great ambassador for Honda West.

I definitely will return to Honda West for my future maintenance needs on my car, and will encourage my family and friends to do likewise.

Everyone at Honda is super friendly and helpful. I dropped my car off early because I had a other plans and they finished my car ahead of my scheduled appointment time, which was great. The only thing they didn't do was wash my car. They said there was a complimentary wash and my car was still covered in bugs from my road trip The other day. I didn't even bother to check until I got home and realized they didn't do it. I spent a lot more money than I initially came in for (an oil change), which I understand is important to change out filters and tire rotate. But they should have at least made sure my car was clean after spending $200 there. And made me feel like it was worth it to spend my money at that location. It's not a huge deal but now I have to spend more money on an actual car wash somewhere else.

Honda West has the Most Caring and Thoughtful People. We bought a Certified Used Car and they guided us throughout it with kindness. I really love our Salesman Greg, we have known him for eleven years now, and we have bought four cars from him, he is honest, funny and makes you think about your purchase, if this is the right one for your family and budget, very caring. The finance and closers were just as kind and explained everything we needed to know and in plain language we could understand. Thank You Everyone! That is the Reason We Have Came Back Again and Again, We Love Honest, Friendly People and You Are!
