Captain was great with maneuvering the boat. Crew was very courteous and friendly, food was good 👍key lime tarts were great.
Very beautiful and relaxing. Food is alright. The views are beautiful. I highly recommend.
Mark & Joe took us out to the reef on the High Tide. The boat is a really cool sailboat and the crew was top notch. Would recommend to any family looking for an backcountry adventure in Key West!
I don’t normally write reviews, however, I read them for ratings. First off we booked our sail several days in advance, we stayed near Duck Key. Knowing March is always windy we took a chance thinking the winds would die down later in the week. We planned our day in KW meeting up with friends shopping and eating at the local establishments before setting sail. We had a great day until we got the call at 4:45pm informing us that the cruise had been canceled due to the wind. We knew that it might be a possibility and had accepted it in good faith. What the turn-off was getting our refund. They sent us the link to request refund, which I completed and forwarded back. I even did it under protest because this should not be a practice if the cruise was canceled on their part. The refund should be a given without asking or requesting. Needless to say it’s been 10 days since the date of cancellation and still no reimbursement on my cc. Very poor customer service and business transaction.
Had a great time sailing around, The Captain joe and aliyah were great. Will do it again
Great sunset sail, Capt James and Brooke were great! Couldn't ask for a better time.
POST IRMA REVIEW! The island Ian gorgeous and not in shambles. These guys were AMAZING! We had Kelsey and Sean. We recommend it to everyone. At least one sail. We did the Lilly Pad sail and the Sunset sail. Both were beautiful.
Dustin and I got married aboard the Conch West in May 2017. It was a beautiful boat and setting for a very intimate wedding. They set up the officiant Michael from Conch Concierge, who was absolutely amazing. On our sail boat trip, it was a very windy day, as we were going out to a calm place to hold the ceremony, the engine overheads and we got to sail (like, for real, sail!!) in to the harbor and hold our ceremony. It was still very lovely! The crew when that happened, were very professional and they took the right steps to make sure that everything stayed calm and the proper procedures were in place. Everything that could have gone wrong, went wrong! Our 2 hour boat cruise lasted almost an hour, we did not get to eat our fruit and cheese plate, drink any beverages and the sail boat broke down. It was a very unique experience and we are thankful that we were able to experience it together! Life is an adventure! Cheers!
The only boat trip worth taking! Our party of 5 brought bottles of champagne and enjoyed the morning sun on the water. We had a fantastic time conversing with Tom & Sean- They were amazing!!!
Best part of our trip to the Keys! Captain Andy and both Rachels were wonderful tour guides. Snorkeling 101 class made ez and incredibly fun by Rachel. Amazing what we got to see by reef. You are awesome!!
They don't take u out too far out. The crew was very good. Beer was served without fail. There's enough room on the boat, Outdoor seating as well.
My wife and I went on the Dolphin watch / snorkel cruise with Captain Zac & 1st mate Amber on Sunday 5/21/17. These two were nothing less that outstanding! We had a great time and were very friendly, safely and professionally tended to by Zac & Amber. We would go out with them again if we return to Key West.
Seth and Jenny took our group out on their 42 foot (plus bowsprit) ketch for a sail-and-snorkel adventure on 3/6/16. We had an absolutely spectacular time. Some of our less experienced sailors learned so very much about what goes into sailing. We had totally inexperienced snorkelers and old-salt-snorkelers, and all were thrilled with the sightings of groupers, parrotfish, barracuda, triggerfish, etc, etc, etc. It was exquisite, and despite the fairly heavy seas, Captain Seth got us within an easy swim of well-protected reefs and great visibility. There were delicious and healthy snacks upon return to the boat.
Both Jenny and Seth kept us enraptured with stories of sailing and tales of their recent past throughout the trip. They're both highly personable and engaging personalities. The 4 hours FLEW by, and it was oh-so-pleasant!!
We all felt safe, but oh-so-alive. Easily our afternoon with Sunset Sail Key West was the highlight of our entire week in Key West!
Went on a sail on the beautiful When and If and was blown away by the crew and the boat! Lovely time out on the water!
We're so happy to be down in the keys with Sunset Sail Key West. Running out of Stock Island is fun as there's some great places to have dinner after your sunset sail - or even lunch beforehand! Shrimp Road Bar and Grill is right on the dock, or Roostica and Hogfish serve delicious Italian and local food!
By far the most intimate private sailing charter company in Key West! The boat is beautiful, the gourmet cheese platter was amazing and the captain and first mate made us feel comfortable and even let us steer the sailboat!
