The apartment we stayed in was not clean - carpets needed cleaning and I had to unblock the drain in the bathroom myself (photo attached - yum!). Most of the glassware needed washing and some of the plastic cups should have been thrown away a long time ago. Lovely apartment, just needs much better management!

Worst vacation EVER !!! We had construction next to our door and there were a huge paint smell in the apartment !! Apartment was dirty and there were bed bugs. Called owner David but he was super rude. NEVER EVER EVER !!!!!!!!!!

Do not book with this company! They are highly unprofessional. After booking and taking our $300 deposit, we had to cancel less than 15 days after we booked. First they told us there would be a $50 fee for the cancellation. When the remainder of the deposit was not returned, we called and they changed their tune significantly. Now they are saying no refund, we are keeping your entire $300. They are not trustworthy so you are gambling if you book through them!

We reserved a rental at Pointe Santo on Sanibel Island on June 21, 2016 for August 6, 2016. We had to cancel our reservation and this was done on July 5, 2016. I called VIP and spoke to Shahana who instructed me to send an email stating in writing. She told me that our security deposit would be refunded despite us being within the 90 day period of cancellation. We did not receive a refund and I contacted the manger, Ronna who then told me that I was lying and could never have been told what Shahana clearly told me. Avoid this Company if possible.

Rented a Condo in Sundial and the process was very smooth, the Condo was great, and the experience was wonderful. We will be using them again to rent places down here!
