First time to Siesta Key and it was amazing! The property that we rented through Siesta 4 Rent was beautiful. The kids very much enjoyed the pool and the house was super clean. Amenities were great! The staff at Siesta 4 Rent were very helpful and accommodating. Would definitely recommend and we will be returning!

Had a wonderful time at the Siesta Key! Our property at 340 Canal Rd.. was perfect and beautiful! Well maintained, clean and beautifully decorated,. Plenty of room for four adults and three children. Having a private pool was especially nice, the grandchildren used it daily. The rental was within walking distance to the village area. The Siesta4-Rent staff were very accommodating and pleasant. They were extremely helpful and informative when making the reservations. I would definitely stay in their rentals again! Thank you for helping to make our stay memorable!

Had a great experience with Siesta 4 rent over the July 4th weekend. I called just a few weeks before and they were very accommodating and did find me a great rental just steps to the beach. The process to pick up keys, make payment etc were all very easy. I felt my short request would not work out however Siesta4Rent came through for me BIG TIME! I look forward to using them again soon. This is my first extended visit to Siesta Key. Found a charming studio. Everything was included in the rental. All I had to do is bring along my clothes, food and toiletries. The condo was right across the street from the beach and half a block from Siesta Key Village. Would highly recommend this real estate broker.

This was our first trip to the Siesta Key, Sarasota area and it will not be our last. However, it will be our last time dealing with Siesta 4 Rent. Since their business doesn't feel the need to warn people that there are cockroaches in their units, I am here to warn you. We arrived at our unit a little after two as directed. This particular unit was across the street from the rental office. We entered our unit to find 10+ dead cockroaches on the floor. I went back to the office and told them that it was unacceptable. The woman stated they had no other place to put us and they would send someone over to clean. CLEANING wasn't the issue, BUGS were the issue. We ended up having to go back to the office again and demanded to either get a different rental or get our money back. Miraculously they found a unit and complained that it was "more than what we paid" oh well. Not our problem. If you have bugs in the unit THAT WE CAN TAKE HOME WITH US that is your problem not ours. We got moved to a different unit which had ants all over the kitchen but we would have much rather have ants than cockroaches if we had to choose. We gave up at that point and just ended up staying. They weren't the least bit apologetic and even seemed annoyed with our disgust with the bug infested unit. I am so appalled with this company.

Place was really nice, just wait the 28 days until you get charged $110 for a comforter that allegedly had a bleach footprint on it. Siesta 4 rent had no pictures and unfortunately neither did I. They said there was a bleach shoe mark on the comforter. Seeing as there were no cleaning products in the unit, kinda hard to prove. So it ended up costing an extra $110 for the week. Will never rent from them again. I suggest you keep looking.

First time renting from this agency in Siesta Key and our experience has been exquisite. Spacious, ground level, unit for at least four adults in their south tower buidling. Nice seating areas indoor and outdoor. Clean premises and great interior layout . You could trip and fall on the beach from the back, just perfect!

Will definitely be renting here again.

The unit was as pictured on the website. For just over $6100 for 26 nights (including the taxes which are quite high), I thought this place was a bit pricey. It took 10 days to get a garbage can and broiler pan replaced. The rental agency said they had to contact the owner first. Seems that the agency should have some leeway to make decisions that are not that high in cost? Interior tile floors were not clean when we arrived, shower door in 2nd bathroom kept sliding off the rails and would not open easily, and TV was confusing but we figured it out. Exterior needs a lot of TCL - cleaning and painting for sure. The real issue with this location is the NOISE!!! Every delivery truck for the village arrives, unloads and departs at the crack of dawn, cars drive up and down the road continually to avoid Ocean drive traffic, motorcycles and other gas powered vehicles rev engines and race down canal. at all hours..again to avoid Ocean dr, kids and adults roam around until the wee hours of the morning making a lot of noise - drunken and otherwise. The second floor is great for people watching, the screened porch has a nice table and love seat for both lounging and working. Pool is small but well kept. The BBQ, which the management company insisted did not exist, was a great option. It does exist, it does work and no, its not dangerous to use.

I have rented from Siesta 4 Rent for several years and this was my worst experience and I will never rent from them again. The rental was 2 bedroom, 2 bath condo and when we entered the condo, there was a sign on the air conditioner stating to keep the air on 72 to help with the circulation of air because there was an apartment washer and dryer hooked up in the closet of the second bedroom which made the entire bedroom hot. This was not mentioned in the condo write up for the rental. Had I known this going there, I would not have rented this place. End result was never to rent from Siesta 4 Rent. Was without hot water for 3 days and they stated it was not 3 days. We had no hot water from Saturday when we arrived, Sunday all day and when the hot water heater was replaced around 7pm Monday night. Siesta 4 Rent actually said to me that when the cleaning people were there on Saturday morning, there was hot water. I felt like they thought I was lying!! If I was lying, why was the hot water tank replaced. The rental was expensive and my reimbursement for 3 days with no hot water, after making me feel like I was lying to them was $200.00 and they thought that was very reasonable. I did not and again, will never contact them again for anything!!! Good luck if you contact them to rent a place!!
