It's your typical resort that is slightly overpriced, but still good value. Beds are good. Appliances & building are not old & run down - but it's not 5 star. If you want luxury, it's not the place. If you want good value, comfort, and a pretty clean environment - this will more than satisfy you.
Absolutely wonderful, I got a two bedroom, living room with kitchen and a spectacular view all for a reasonable price and not to mention the great staff and help desk ,they offer so many things to do if I go back to the keys I'll be sure to book here again
Such a nice place and great staff!! Everyone was so helpful. can't wait to come back!
Be vary cautious with this company. My reservations were cancelled due to hurricane Irma and they refuse to provide me with a refund due to their hurricane policy. Considering the circumstances and the fact that they were forced to closed I feel they should do the right thing and not just keep my almost $2000. They were impossible to get a hold of and claimed that it was due to everything being down, yet they had plenty of time to update their website and facebook to let everyone know that they were open. Their number was forwarded to the main Vacasa number which can not do anything to help with the Key West rentals. Today the manager, Tanner, called me back and was incredibly unsympathetic. I tried to explain that if situation was on my end, where I could not make it there due to the hurricane on my city (which there was), and not in Key West (in other words they were still open), I would understand they they would still bill me because I did not show up. He could have cared less what I said and with a smug attitude said "I was contradicting myself". I'm not sure how that is the case but he did success in bringing my true feelings out. Any respectable company would have issued a refund in this situation where the city was closed due to a state of emergency.
Ok but in need of a lot of updating. Sofa bed unuseable
Need more cleaning and the kitchen is not working very well. My first experienced was better than this one. Thank You
I was a recent visitor to Sunrise Suites. Much to my dismay, upon returning home, I realized I left my diamond necklace in the suite. It was returned by the maid service and sent back to me by the office staff. They went above and beyond! Thank you so very much, you can't go wrong by staying here!
Location: 20 minute quick drive Duval Street. Service: Clean, Safe. Very close to water. Our room had a view of the airport. The reception team was quick. The lock system is simple. Rooms: Spacious, stocked with utensils, clean.
Amazing view from room and very clean. Staff were very friendly and free shuttle downtown was great.
Perfect spot for 6 friends to get a room, great view. Nice pool. Only 5 bucks per person to get to Duval st.
Lovely stay. Easy parking and amenities. Very nice staff and perfect location. Only 10 min from Duval.
There was a group of 13 that rented three units for a 50th birthday celebration and the Key West Half Marathon. First I will say that we didn't have any issues with reservations or check-in/check-out, the staff was helpful and friendly, clean pool/(not so hot)jacuzzi, on-site bike rentals, convenience store with everything imaginable and the shuttle service came in very handy! The location was on the opposite side of the island from Duval St. which was a nice respite from the crowds. The units were good size, clean (except the a/c filter) and were stocked with most basic necessities (except food). My only real complaint is that we paid an additional $200 per unit for "remodeled" units and even though there was some new furniture.they definitely were NOT remodeled (broken tile floors, broken bar stool, worn chairs, missing washer/dryer, etc.). Overall I would recommend this Resort however be aware that some items are not up to par.they said they are still in the process of updating.let's hope so!
