Plain Jane motel, walking around is easy but not in the middle of the action. Room was clean but small, no water pressure parking was right outside my door.

Price and effort are bad. The bath and the fridge is very rosty. The room could be cleaner and should have a safe. But the kitchen is good equipped. The door can not be locked from inside.

Super reasonable rates and very clean. You meet some interesting travellers here too, since it's part youth hostel. The location is great and in walking distance of everything. I was very comfortable here. I'm glad to have found this spot.

I have been one year ago with my friends. We good a little apartment and we were in 5. It was pretty clean, and there was nothing wrong. we didn't spend a lot of time in the 3 days there because we were always outside. I think is a normal hostel, nothing of special but is good if you need to stay few nights and you don't want to spend too much money.

I reserved a room online according to price looking a pictures When I arrived at the hotel I was told I was booked in a hostel room. I had to share 1 of 5 bunk beds with 9 other people who I've never meet. I informed management that i did not feel comfortable with that. They told me they could upgrade my room for an additional 213 dollars. They showed me the rooms at that point. The rooms were disgusting they smelled of mold and body order the bed was not clean. To spend almost 300 dollars on a room, even in key West i would expect it to at least be clean. I informed them I found a cheaper room in a nicer hotel in a better area. They still refuse to refund the money for the room I didn't even use. I would not recommend this hotel to my enemies more less my friends and family. I believe the management and the employees could do with some much needed customer service classes. And having an establishment like that is giving key West, as a whole, a bad name.

Super friendly and very helpful staff. Probably the cleanest hostel I ever stayed at. I got the bottom bunk bed but the construction is weird I'm not even able to sit on it without hurting my head since the top bed is too low down (I'm 172 cm so not super tall but rather average), I don't like that the lockers are outside of the building however though I can of course lock them it feels unsafe, would prefer if the lockers were inside the building. Very calm and relaxing atmosphere however not fully booked when I stayed here. Not cheap but probably the cheapest you can get considering everything in Key West is expensive. Resume: expensive but worth it.

The staff is helpful, and informative, and accommodating! I would come back for them.The beds suck. The courtyard is beautiful, but no shade. Free coffee in the morning, and a kitchen is available. The guests are friendly. Bicycles are available, too.

This place is awesome! I booked last minute and was surprised to see actually how nice it is. The room and bathroom was clean, had a flat-screen tv and a fridge, also the location is perfect. The staff was kind and helpful with any questions I had. Would defiantly recommend to anyone looking to stay in Key West.

Terrible place do not stay here. Men were jerking off in the open on their beds. Another man was drunk and screaming in his sleep while vigorously shaking. Then other guy was so drunk he fell off the top bunk and was knocked out on floor but then woke up a minute later. Checked out at 3 am because I was insane in there. Told the guy at desk apologized but didn't seem to care to offer different room or some refund. Please do not stay here. I'm a 19 year old college freshman and what happened there should not be something to experience. I recommend either spending extra for another hotel or just sleeping in car.

Clean room, had a weird bleach smell to it and the sheets had marks on them. It isn't the best place I've stayed and it isn't the worst. They have cameras everywhere, so you feel safe. Not sure if there is crime in Key West that would justify this many cameras. The ladies at the office were super nice, smiley, and helpful. Coffee free every morning. Huge outdoor cooking space, which seems to cater to the youth hostile side of their business more. Either way, it's a great use of space. The grounds are well maintained and the rooms clean. Not a lot of parking, but South st is free parking. Location is fantastic. We just walked everywhere, but they do have bikes you can rent here. I'd stay here again. The price was reasonable for such a last minute trip.
