Told us when we booked and checked in that breakfast was included. When we came for breakfast they said we didn't pay for it. Took nearly 40 minutes to check in with 1 person ahead of us. Bed was nice

The management here as well as the staff are always so helpful to your needs and they are so friendly that you feel good about staying here. Extra clean and they love their people that stay here. I really like it here and the people staying here all day the same thing. Thank you to the wonderful members who keep this place running so smooth

Decently good hotel, love the fact that it was BUILT IN 1960 & STILL LOOKS MODERN TODAY. Beds were kick-ass awesome, there other buildings had some historic character, beach view was incredible awesome from there 300 foot pier, pool was extremely nice, natural walkways made my urbex here absolutely awesome, the staff were way too nice!! If u come to key West I hope u reserve a room for THIS hotel!!!!!! Best one in key West BY FAR

The management here as well as the staff are always so helpful to your needs and they are so friendly that you feel good about staying here. Extra clean and they love their people that stay here. My stay at the Marriott was a good one. The hotel is not located near Duval street where all the action is but they provide a shuttle which leaves every 30 minutes and runs all day which was great! Considering that finding parking is very difficult at the center of town. Across the street, within walking distance they have a grocery store and fast food options. The grounds are very nice, along the water and they have a nice pool are with jacuzzi. I enjoyed my stay here. The room was fine, a little smelly and humid but that's to be expected in a tropical destination.

The staff was friendly and the amenities were great. We especially liked the big TV by the pool. A couple of issues: 1) the carpet in the room turned our socks black. Needs a carpet cleaning, but visually looks fine. 2) The pull out bed in the couch has a thin mattress, so the bars make it unsuitable for an adultLittle kids are fine though.

Very beautiful, clean and quiet. Loved their customer service and effort to make you feel as comfortable as possible. Also they have a shuttle that takes you down to Duval street which is awesome if you want to drink.

Amazing experience! This is technically a beach resort, but it's not at all proximal to the southernmost point, which is where you might want to be. I need to mention the customer service: I had to deal with three different front desk agents, and all of them were exceptionally patient, helpful and resourceful. They went way out of their way to make the stay enjoyable and pleasant. The resort management also lets you use full use of the property after check out, which is fantastic. The cafeteria is great as well. Overall, it was a fabulous experience!
