  LT was a great host! The property is beautiful and relaxing. Breakfast was delicious! Definitely staying here again! Highly recommended!

  Get what you pay for and we were very pleased with the quality and services here. Room was very nicely renovated but the balcony area was dated with painted lattice. They go to great lengths to keep the place immaculate. There is a manager on site everyday to see if you need anything. First time I've seen embossed toilet paper, though they only do it on the first day of our stay. The food was amazing and helped offset the phenomenal price tag.

  This hotel is actually comprised of two houses right next to each other. They are located on the southern shore of the island within a 3 minute walk to the southernmost point of the US. Because these houses are owned by the Southernmost Resort company, you also have access to two adjacent hotels and their amenities. A spa, sauna, exercise room, restaurant, and pristine beach are all on site. The beach is not very large, but this makes it feel more private (although it is technically a public beach). The hotel grounds are immaculate and beautiful with panoramic views of the ocean and the gardens.
  
  We stayed in the Dewey House (room 407). The room was quite large with an ample bathroom, kitchenette area, dining area, and bedroom. This particular room did not have views of anything exciting, but we spent most of our time touring the nearby attractions including Duval street (which actually deadends at the Dewey House) and the beach. The room and house were very clean, modern, and well-appointed. The staff was friendly and even provided a tour of the facilities upon arrival.
  
  Bottom line: This is an amazing location and a great hotel. The next time we visit Key West, we will definitely stay here.

  Loved, loved, loved staying in Dewey House. The room was modern and gorgeous. The staff is fantastic and the breakfast quiche is amazing!!

  nice place - only things was housekeeping - House keeping - came late ( after 3:45pm until I complained .
  then cleaning of the room was bad.. Housekeeping not vacuum or dust and left papers and food on the floor.. this would be my only complaint - which is bad - because when housekeeping does bad job, you wonder how well they cleaned before you got there . House keeping needs much work - I stayed in the dewary/leamar house - If the room was cleaned well I would have given this place a 5 stars

  My wife and I spent four nights and loved EVERYTHING about this place. The management has achieved perfection in running a B&B.
  My only complaint is we had to leave. We will be back.
