Plenty of bike selections. Very helpful with bike selections for my kids. One of the bike had small tear with the seat and they immediately replaced the seat.. they come to you and fast service! My son lost one of the grip handle, and they were very understanding that could happen sometimes and didn't charge me a extra. Overall excellent experience and I will definitely go back rent from them.

This was our second year to use Sunny Days and once again we were more than pleased. Not only were they the most reasonable for bike rental, the bikes were in great shape and customer service was excellent. The bikes were delivered to our cottage and Seaside within an hour after I ordered and a text question was responded and answered in less than five minutes. Highly recommend!

Scott and Sarah are great. They are professional, friendly and kind. Delivery was prompt. The paddle boards are excellent quality and rental rates are very reasonable. I would highly recommend Sunny Days for all of your rentals.

This was such a great experience. Not only did Sunny Days come to the rescue when another company failed to deliver our paddle boards, but responded very quickly getting us on the water in no time. The boards were great quality and in great shape. We have saved the number for this shop and will return for all our rentals in the future!

Credit card fraud. Charged twice for one service. Our rental experience was pleasant and as promised. We rented two stand up paddle boards and one kayak during our stay at Watersound in July. The price was reasonable, the equipment worked as promised, and the pick-up and delivery happened seamlessly. Here's the rub: a charge for the exact same amount appeared on our credit card in September. I called the company six different times over a three week period to give them the opportunity to reverse the second charge. A woman explained to me that the book keeper must have erroneously entered some charges as unpaid when they switched their accounting software. I kept waiting for the credit to appear on our account. It never did. Finally spoke to Scott, the owner, who assured me the book keeper had taken the necessary steps to have our account credited. It never happened. Finally reported the transaction as fraud to our credit card company. Disappointed that this family-run business was not able to make their mistake right.

On our recent summer vacation to Seagrove we rented two kayaks from Sunny Days Bike and Beach Sports and they were delivered and picked up right from our condo. Making our vacation so much easier! We paid cash and then they accidentally charged our credit card as well. It only took one quick call with no hassle whatsoever and they refunded the charge! I appreciate the owners quick response and honesty! I highly recommend renting from them for your vacation fun.
