Really disappointed in this place. Tonight was the 3rd time they messed up our food order. We are there 2 nights ago with our in-laws and everything was great. Previously they have messed up our Togo food but always tried to make it right. Tonight I ordered the same exact thing I ordered 2 nights ago. The kid who took my order was very nice. Jonathan I think? I ordered the veggie wrap with extra cheese, sauce on the side with mashed potatoes. My husband also had a side of mashed potatoes with his food. Jonathan told me when he handed me my order that they no longer make the Avocado Ranch that it comes with. In the last 2 days?? Ok that’s fine. When I got to my car I checked it to make sure they didn’t mess it up. Sure enough the wrap was soaking wet (with what sauce I’m not sure since they said they don’t make it anymore) and the mashed potatoes both had gravy all over them. I’ve ordered their potatoes three other times and never have they had gravy on them. Here’s a hintwhen someone orders off the vegetarian menu..you probably should not put gravy on their potatoes. I went back in to have them remake my order, as my desserts melted in the car. Not a single bartender asked me if I wanted a drink or anything the 15 minutes I was standing there. Not the best guest service. Jonathan was super apologetic and nice about it. (Good job) on my way out I saw the same manager I had spoken with previously about all their mistakes. I told him they messed up our food once again and it was getting really old. We probably will not eat here again. Not worth the hassle. The manager Mark told me to ask for him the next time I call to order food. I really shouldn’t have to ask for the manager in order to get my order correct. It’s really a shame because we live right down the road and the food is pretty goodwhen it’s correct. Definitely needs work.

Very disappointed. I had just purchased a new car that night. Was starving. Pulled in and went to the bar. After settings down for 10 minutes. We were geated another 5 minutes to get our drink order. Another to receive our drinks. Had to ask for menus. Then he tells us he will be with is in a few minutes. The bar only had 5 customers including us. The bartender went to the kitchen another 5 minutes then came out and went to the other 3 customers for about 5 minutes. Then finally he was ready to take our order. At this point we had asked for the check for the 2 drinks. (Soft drinks). He said they were on him. I took out money and laid it on the bar. He knew at this point we were pissed. I Am in the business and try not to get upset. I have an great understanding on the hard work. But this time this was the worse service anyone would deal with. But I have to tell right in back of this restaurant is the best pizza shop. Joey D's. 👍👍👍

Worst expierence ever. Crappy service crappy food not once saw a manager. Took our server ten minutes to even greet us didn’t write down our order then ended up having to come back to the table to ask what we ordered. The mozzarella sticks were over cooked. My husband ordered the shrimp Alfredo and said it was very plain tasting and had very little Alfredo on it. I ordered a baked potato and side salad the lettuce was limp and seemed like the salad had been sitting out for awhile. The potato was very hard and had a weird flavor and was encrusted with salt on the bottom of it. Obviously not pleased with our food we pushed our plates to the edge when the server finally made her way back to our table asked if we wanted boxes we politely declined and she said “okay!” And took off with our plates didn’t ask us what was wrong with the food or why we didn’t eat it. We ordered dessert and shortly after that she came speeding by and dropped the check off without stopping. Then was away with my husbands card for probably 10 minutes. The restaurant was not busy at all it was 10:30 at night. Husband and I decided we have no desire to ever go back

Amazing! Wait Staff is Top Notch! I drink my beer with ice. After I ask for the 1st glass of ice they were Always filling my ice glass. We ordered pitchers. And Omgoodness! Menu/Food is Amazing! If I can't watch my Packer game @home I Will be @Ale House! Anybody will find their Team playing! Screens R labeled which makes it made so simple to find the right spot. Thank U Ale House! Food was great, Service was great. Went there for our anniversary dinner. Husband is very picky about how his meal is cooked. Waiter repeated his order back to him and the cook made it to perfection. My food was amazing as well. Waiter was attentive but not over bearing. Great experience looking forward to going back again soon.

I really enjoy eating here. The staff is friendly, there is plenty of seating, TVs to watch your favorite sports and the bar for alcoholic drinks. It also has outdoor seating. The menu offers many choices, from salads to steaks, BBQ ribs are their specialty. There's even a kids menu. Tonight, I had the Jambalaya which was delicious. I recommend this establishment if you're in the Bee Ridge/Cattleman area.

My coworker and I popped in Friday evening before Irma struck was greeted by very helpful staff. We sat at the bar and witnessed an orchestra conducted by a masterful manager at work. They took and assembled orders for customers with a minimal staff and with style and grace. Smiles and courteous service. They took care of weary and scared customers without out a hint of dispare. My hats off to the crew.

We come here often but this is true. We are here for the unbelievable Lobster special on Wednesday. With a big $2 coupon tonight its $14.95 for a full Maine Lobster with a potato and slaw. Nice people and excellent service at the bar. Great drink prices before 7 too.

Food is Really Good, Service Is Excellent, Especially Jamie The Waitress. The Controlled Chaotic Atmosphere Makes You Feel Like Your Part Of The Well Managed Family.

I was pleasantly surprised by my recent visit to the Ale House. Their beer list is excellent, their food is good and their service is excellent! Not a whole lot more I can ask for at this price point!

Better-than-average chain. Dog-friendly patio that doesn't face busy road. Good beer selection. Portions oversized, but still decent quality.
