The drive-up service is always fast and efficient. The staff is friendly and the quoted time frames are usually reasonable and met in a timely manner.

I haven't purchased a vehicle here so I can't comment on the sales department; but I have been getting my Nissan serviced here for the past 2+ years. The service is great. The representatives in the service department are very friendly and extremely helpful. Shout out to Conner and Jason for a great experience. Keep it up.

My experience is with the rental department. I've rented there a couple times. Ashley G is always so nice and courteous. Helped me get in the car I needed very quick. The car was super nice too (newer model pathfinder). I will always rent from Nissan because their customer service is top notch and they have great prices.

My rating is solely on the car rental service at this business and not the auto sales portion.
The biggest issue is their lack of communication with consumers and with each other at the business. Being in town on business, I wanted a car just for the Labor Day weekend so I wasnt stuck relying on cabs and Uber if I wanted to leave my hotel. I found this rental service online with great reviews. No where on the site, nor when I called to ask about their service and mentioned I was from out of town did they say they can't rent to people from out of town. So it wasn't until I went to pick up my rental that I was told this.
I completely understand their reasoning behind the policy, and the girl helping me was very courteous and apologetic. However, this establishment is in a military and golfing town, so I suggest making it very well known via the website and with all employees that you cannot rent to non-residents. That way the chances of miscommunication are limited.response / report this review -

I just purchased my Rogue today. The entire team was amazing and so helpful. They took their time to answer any question that I had. Andre was my sales person and was wonderful. Even though today was a pretty busy day for them ( it is a Saturday), Andre was very professional and had great customer service. I'm in the hospitality industry and great customer service goes a long way with me. If you are looking for a car, I would highly recommend Sunbelt Nissan. Oh, by the way, I love my new car! Thank you!

Professional and polite staff, always get me in and out in record time. The facility is state of the art, clean with a very nice customer lounge for clientele waiting on their vehicles to be serviced. This is the second Nissan Pathfinder I have owned and I owned a Nissan truck before that. The vehicles are solid, trustworthy and built to last and the service staff are wonderful. I would highly recommend Sunbelt if you are thinking about purchasing a new or used vehicle. Nissan stands behind its product line.
