I bought a week package with final day before my wedding. However the week package is only 6 days according to their schedule but I could pay more for final day. If I paying more it's to someone else. I even had a schedule of what needs to happen when I signed up and paid with the person working front desk. This is very disappointing and bad business. They have lost my business and I would not recommend.

Today my wife and I were invited to a wedding tomorrow. Last minute to say the least. Jennifer opened the spray tan booth for her (she is a transplant patient and cannot use regular tanning beds). We didn't know the hours had changed. Jennifer did not have to do that for her. This was excellent customer service. My wife goes to them exclusively and it is because of thia great hometown hospitality that we will continue. Thank you Jennifer!

I would just like say that me and my girls personally LOVE sunspot. Every time I walk in the staff is smiling and friendly. They are very informative and help me with any single question I have. I just couldn't be more impressed. They don't pressure to buy things either. They offer things but don't annoy me with it. They are understanding and are extremely clean. I'm forever with Sun Spot!

For tanning bed quality, it's nice, I'll give them that. But everything else is TERRIBLE. They constantly are trying to make you buy new lotion which they sell for $100 a bottle that you can buy for $30 online. I was swindled into buying a monthly package for $40 a monthwhat a joke that turned out to be. They charge twice as much as the other salons in town and GOOD LUCK if you want to cancel your account. The procedure for doing that makes no sense at all. First you must tell the person working (and they pretend to act sad that you're canceling) then sign some papers, then you have to wait 1-3 days for someone at their "headquarters" to call and verify that you want to cancelwhy is that necessary? I don't want to converse on the phone with another employee just to cancel my account. If you don't, your account doesn't get canceled and they'll gladly charge your credit card for another month of service.

Also, I know someone who used to work there. They use the same towels that you use for your own personal use during/after tanning to clean the beds. Real sanitary! Most the time, the beds are cleaned pretty poorly and you can see leftover grease and oil from the last person. So gross. Avoid this place. There are better options in Brownsburg and the area.
