RENTER BEWARE: One year ago, I rented a storage unit from the facility - great price, secure, nice facility. Eight months later they notified me they were raising my rate 50%. And gave me only 1 month's notice that it was going to happen. So rather than pay that much, I rented a smaller, more affordable unit and moved my stuff into it. Now five months later, they are jacking the rate up on the smaller unit as well. Again, 55% increase. I guess, I should have looked for a different facility completely. Thank goodness my move is only a couple of months away and then I will be done. I will never be renting from this place again.

In November of 2012 I became a customer. I never had too many complaints about the place itself. The rates were competitive with every place around the area. In July of 2013 I recieve a notice saying my bill was going from $49 for a 5 x 10, to $76. I will no longer be staying here, if the rates are going to go up so drastically out of no where.
