My wife went to the DMV today only to find out that all of their offices would be closed until noon because of training. When is the DMV going to think of the customer, the one who pays their wages, and plan to meet the customer needs. Prior proper planning would have had half of the work force go to training in the morning and half in the afternoon so the CUSTOMER, again the person who pays their wages, could have been served. This is another example of your tax dollar at WASTE! I would rate them at zero stars but the system won't allow the review to post without at least one star

I went there to renew my photograph and I was completely done in 5 minutes. Everyone was chipper and a pleasure to work with. The hours, however, have changed so that they're open M-F at 7:30, not 8.

By far the most friendly staff and fastest lines in the valley! I made an appointment for a motorcycle road test and was completely taken care of. Within 20 minutes of opening we were in the parking lot taking the test. The guy testing me says that they have lots of new hires that are eager to help you and move everything along. I showed up before they open at 8:00am and the manager came out and greeted everyone and figured out where they all went, all before it even opened. Over all I always recommend going to the MVD early but this one was great multiple times that I went in the afternoon. Over all I would highly recommend this place.

Had to come twice as the first time I had no idea my license was suspended. Second time ever wad to reinstate my license. Both times I had to wait about an hour but no big deal as any time I go to MVD I expect a long wait as a lot of stuff is going on and obviously have lots of questions. Overall great service and they move as fast as possible.

Took my driving test here, despite the long wait to actually take it, everything was great. All the staff was friendly and the test was super easy. Recommend making an appointment.

This office lacks integrity. I called ahead of time and asked what time do they accept people. They told me if I get there, no later than 4:30 pm, I can be seen. I left work early and rushed into their office. I got in the line at 4:28 pm. After standing there for a minute, a lady told me they gave the last customer a sticky note, that nobody can be seen after him. I asked the lady at the counter and she said nothing can be done. My phone said 4:29 pm. I explained it was not 4:30 pm yet. She rudely declined any assistance. I asked to see a manager, which she told me the same thing. I then talked to another manager named Toni (female) no last name. She stated she couldn't assist me. I explained I got there before 4:30 pm but she didn't care about that. She was fixed on being rude, no apologies given and she said they go off their computers, which are set 2 minutes before the actual time. Since they go by their computers that are 2 minutes faster than the real time. Anyone, like myself, who leaves work and tries to get there by 4:30 pm will not be helped. It's my perception, these employees and managers are tired of assisting people, lack of common respect, courtesy and customer service is not apparent in this office. I wasn't rude, abrupt or disrespectful at all. I calmly explained the situation. If I received one apology from the 3 people I spoke to, maybe I wouldn't be so appalled. Rated: worst customer service.

I'm amazed ANYTHING gets done at this office. You have to see their line system to believe it. if you're lucky and it's NOT busy you'll be done in a bit over an hour. I got to go twice because their system went down. Great welcome to Arizona!!!
