Staff are friendly, helpful and Awesome! My Kona loves her group play and she loves all the staff. Thank You for taking good care of my baby rather it’s Daycare or Boarding.

I have taken 4 out of 6 of my fur babies to get check ups and treatments for various health concerns, and I have found the staff to be helpful and mindful of delicate situations. Although the wait can be long, (what Dr visit isn't?) It is worth sitting there to insure the health of my pets.

Not sure what the bad reviews are about, I had excellent service from everyone there. I’m guessing that some people get a little particular/crazy about their pets and if they aren’t treated like some sort of royalty then things aren’t going to go well. Brought our puppy in on a Sunday for an eye infection and a bad cough and he’s improving already.

I forgot the lady’s name who sees birds but she was extremely rude when I took my bird in for a check up. I was frantically trying to find a vet that saw birds and they were the closest one by me. So I took him in and asked if they could check on him. I was crying about my bird and the vet lady proceeded to yell at me because she was supposed to get off the clock when I came in and I didn’t know so she yelled at me to make sure I called next time. But when something horrible happens to your animals you aren’t going to think correctly. Plus they charged me almost $200 just to look at him for two seconds and send me out the door. I found a better exotic vet in maple valley that’s way cheaper and everyone is much more friendly. Please don’t take your bird here. Or any animals. Because they do not care.

Each staff member was compassionate and professional. My dog had to have emergency surgery, so I was very emotional. I appreciated the fact that my options were explained well and I was not pressured during my decision process. Our dog received excellent quality care. I am truly grateful!

We brought our blind rescue in after we were told there would only be a half hour wait. We waited 2 hours. Then I asked and we were told it would be another 20 minutes. Waited 40 minutes. Asked again and were told it would be anther 45 minutes. Her response was, " We are an Animal Hospital"! Poor way to treat any one, our poor dog was so confused! NEVER GO HERE!!!

    Excellent staff and Drs
My 1st experience here with Dr Fielder?
Not sure if I spelled her name right, but she was fantastic!
I will be taking all of my pets there, reasonably priced as well☺

So disappointed in the time spent in the waiting room. Our 1st emergency was 5 hours. The 2nd emergency, in at 10:00pm, with a bleeding tumor. It's 1:53am, still haven't been seen by doc. They said it would only be a 2 hour wait. It's now almost 4 hr wait. Unacceptable! Last visit, for hotshots was nearly $500.00 seems so wrong!

Went here a couple years ago. My dog had lumps in her throat. The vet told me to get her tested for some tick disease which was a very expensive test. She then came back negative and she said we should then test for cancer which it was.. why didn't we test for cancer first? Ohh that's right. because the tick disease test was about 10time more expensive. The vet was not friendly at all and I was very sad when I found out my dog had lymphoma. Vet obviously didn't care.

This was our first visit to the Sumner Veterinary clinic. We loved it they were very attentive to us and our dog. They listened to what we said and worked with us to make an informed health decision. If I ever need emergent vet services in the future I know where I will go. Thanks again for the great service.

Worst experience ever! My dog was bit badly.. about 2 inches of skin hanging. They checked him out and told me to wait 2hrs so they can take care of their appointments first. I made a call to Timber Ridge Animal Hospital and they took me right away best customer service. The staff was incredible. Max is making an incredible recovery.

I have seen Dr. Amy Smith care for my pup and my kitties for some time now- wise choice to ensure they have the very best health and happiness.

Just the way she examines them so carefully tells me she wants the best for them and I can sense for sure she loves all animals. What I also liked about her was that she was honest about treatment options with what I could afford. She is respectful, caring, and is a wonderful vet- my animal family is a testament to that.
Keep up the good work Dr. and thanks for caring for my family and educating me about being a better pet parent.
