Called them; took my glasses within minutes of the call. Repaired and cleaned my glasses in 4 minutes. Oh, by the way, really nice people as well. 5 outta 5! Derex

Dr. James Holley is my Opthamologist for years. As always he provided a superb optometric care. He is thorough, diligent, and excellent. It was a very pleasant and satisfactory experience to be greeted by two wonderful ladies in the front desk. Highly recommended!!

Called them @ 1230 on 3-25-16 from Columbus airport where I just broke my glasses in route to dca. Described the problem and said I would be there before 3pm. The lady working said that's great we will see you when you get here. Showed up at 2:30 well before their 530 closing time and lights were out and door was locked. I know that I'm just an out of towner and probably would never been back anyways, but I also know that's not how you conduct business or treat people in general.

Very pleasant and professional in all phases of my experience. Best glasses prescription I have ever had. I have been wearing glasses most of my life.
